I love Happy Lemon but this location always takes forever. I usually order online ahead of time and get there maybe 20 minutes after I order and my drinks are never ready. Yesterday it took 35 mins from the time I ordered online until I received my drinks. It was not busy at all, there was no line when I walked in and maybe 4 people sitting at tables. I think 30 mins is too long waiting for just 2 drinks. Again, i love Happy Lemon so I keep going back to this location every other month to see if they’ve gotten quicker but they have not.

We added boba to our drink and paid extra. We got the order and realized no boba was in our drink. We were already in the car on the way home too far to turn around. Saturday evening is expected to be busy but the employees were moving extremely slow.

The best place to go. It's one of my favorite places. ❤️ They have the best waffles that go with sauce on the side (I usually order salted cheese sauce) . And really good drinks! This place is a must visit. ? you will not regret it. ?

Received the wrong drink, either by my ordering failure or thier's. No offer was made to help solve it. Nice lady in line let me skip the line to correct the drink. Paid for 2nd drink, it wasn't expedited and had to wait for all the fancy drinks to be made. It was a green tea lemonade. Good thing my kids are patience.

The work Tom was awesome, very polite and hard worker. Great job happy lemon. The drink was fantastic.
Went there with my daughter, the atmosphere was good. There's no caffeine drink option for my little one and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast there.

I only come here because my kids and I love boba. That being said we order from here probably 2-3 times a week (3-5 drinks each time we come averaging $30). Every single worker here is rude, no type of customer service at all. I've given them several chances but today was my last straw. I came in to pick up an online order I placed and the 2 workers both saw me standing there but neither acknowledged me. I figured they were busy making drinks but then a white male walked in and they allowed him to pick his order up before me even though I was there first and my order was ready. I'd rather make the trip to Tukwila for their good customer service than spend my money here again.
