Not deaf friendly!I waited over 5 minutes in drive-through for service, honking and banging on window. Worker "claimed" he never heard me.... no excuseUpdate... he really messed up. I TOLD him what I wanted, thinking it might be #26. He never confirmed but to make #26 . He refused to fix. I will come later to demand money back.

Over priced, scuzzy looking place, then I got home and half my meal was missing, when I returned the cashier was short with me like I did something wrong. So basically, I paid just under $40.00 for a fast food meal, had to eat it cold after I got all the way back home. Not a single apology from the staff. My house hold agreed never to return to this specific jack n the box, update, 6 month later ended up returning... they forgot my drink and the ranch I asked for.. update.... tried eating here again and the drive thru employee told me to hold on he will be with me in a minute. I sat and sat wasting gas for seven minutes. I then politely asked... hello and I was told. "I told you I was busy" I will be with you in a minute... I just left. Screw this place....Caucasian male tall with glasses. Night time 12 midnight shift. Get rid of this ungrateful employee. Your loosing money.

Rude to customers. We repeated our order 3 times and they still got it wrong. When we told her, her response was "You didn't order that!" I think we know what we just ordered. Look, mistakes happen, however when it was brought up she instantly placed the blame on us. We won't ever go there again.

They always rushing on the food and very unclean the staff blasting music so loud I can hear it through the intercom food always wrong. I swear I saw the men drinking in the office to be real really rude and unprofessional establishment. Would give zero stars lobby always closed. And the staff can’t even speak English and get mad when you have some to complain about

Horrible service, you are rushed when ordering and any questions you ask won’t be answered. the cleanliness is horrible. Workers stick there hands in there pants then proceed to hand you food.

I'd stay away from here if I could give zero stars I would. My wife went threw the drive threw and ordered a chicken sandwich. She didn't realize tell she got home with our food and she got a cheese burger. We went back and told them they made a mistake and they didn't even want to admit it and put all the blame on her for not checking the bags. And we insisted they make it right and just started to curse us.

It was a challenge giving this establishment a 1. One is too high. I just witnessed the rudest exchange between a server, running interference for the manager who refused to engage with customers who had a complaint. It's dark inside. I waited while the manager finally came over--hostile. THEN, I got my food. HORRIBLE! Why???? Firstly, food is EXPENSIVE and to pay sit-down restaurant prices for bad food is ashame. My mom's ultimate cheeseburger was burnt and dry. My tacos were just stuffed into grease, then fried and tasted like the grease hadn't been changed in months. Never again. Come on Federal Way. What's going on. TOOOoooo many bad fast food and restaurant spots. Food bad. Service bad. Ambiance bad. Manager the worst.
