Jimmy John's offers quality tasty sandwiches in the neighborhood. The sandwiches are made fresh, and I like the fact they stay soft all day long. The roast beef and shredded lettuce are my favorites, but the hams are just as good.

This used to be the best Jimmy John's but I noticed a lot of staff have changed and maybe that's what contributed to the lack luster quality of food. I love Jimmy John's! I go there often because they have a very good veggie sandwich. However, my last 3 orders have quite literally been thrown together and loosely wrapped. I used to brag about this specific Jimmy John's because our sandwiches were always made so great! Now they're rushed, soggy, and lacking. It's quite unfortunate to watch the only Jimmy John's in fed way go out sad like that. The customer service is...okay at best, but not terrible. I'm just at the point where I'd rather buy the bread and make my sandwich at home myself.

I went with my family and I and we ordered and when we got our order it was put in an old box and when we asked it was because they thought we were taking it out even though we said dine in and sat down right after and it was like giving animals food and they forgot to put cheese and the only reason I put one star is because I have to it was not worth the 80 dollars

Kerri the manager was very helpful, DoorDash customer service was not helping me and Kerri made it possible for my refund due to my sub not made correctly and door dash lack of communication. Please keep her as a manager she is amazing!

We order online ahead of time for pickup. We order a sandwich which doesn't by default have cheese on it. On multiple occasions, cheese has been added to the sandwich where it was not ordered. This makes my wife's sandwich not edible as she is allergic to dairy. They did that when I ordered in tonight, tooDietary restrictions: If you want dairy free, make sure to explicitly state it. If ordering online, put "dairy allergy" as the name for the order.
