I went to KFC to get dinner for my family after work when I walked in I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I seen workers look at me like I didn't exist. After about 15 minutes then someone came and asked how can I help you then I still waited for over an hour for my order and still nothing so I went back up to the counter to see where my order was at and the worker said they are short staffed and were still waiting on more chicken after waiting for over an hour. So I waited another 10 minutes still nothing by this time I've had been waiting an hour and a half so I said this is ridiculous I want a refund then they said the manager is not there so I had to come back the next day to get my refund. I said I will never go to KFC again. I didn't like KFC in the first place so now I will never ever go back. I left there and went to ezells and I was in and out with in 10 minutes.

Always, but always, something is missing, the strange thing is that we ask for extra salads, they don't charge for them and they don't put them in tonight, that happened to us again, terrible service, they just steal the extra money, they charge for the extra that you order.

I came in an ordered 2pc white meat, I waited 10 min to receive.When I got home and looking forward to eat. When I opened the container I received 2 greasy dark meat in my order. I still have the chicken pieces. I will never come back to KFC.Parking: Ok
