I went with my family this Sunday and the food took 50 minutes to arrive and they never serve me the full meal. I always have to ask because I need the tortillas, the chicharrones, the pupupusa, and I even have to ask for the cabbage, the waiters are more pending to collect the months pending to see that everything is well with the clients

The truth is that the food is down a bit in quality. For example, the sauce for pupusas is not added with cumin, because it is similar to the spice sauce for tamales. Pure tomato sauce is better like in El Salvador ??.

We love pupusas in our household! Service is better in the morning than at night they take too long! We had to wait for our order over 30 minutes! But it’s affordable and a very family and kid friendly

The best food I’ve eaten hands down. I ordered huevos jamon. My associates also loved their food. It was so good, with friendly and attentive service. I will most definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Accommodated dairy free with no misunderstandings

Been coming here for years now. Came for dine in. It was seven of us, once we got our receipt we noticed that they automatically charge tips which I find ridiculous. I do think it's something they should let you know in advance and the male that attended us was really rude. So I stop doing dine in. I recently ordered popusas for take out and they were burnt on all side's and it's not the first time it has happened. Also when we do dine in the wait is very long. I think it's time to move on and find something better.

I was told this is a good place to visit, but my experience was really bad. We waited for about 40 minutes for our food, besides the time someone came and took our order. When we finally got our food, we needed more water and nobody came and asked us if we were ok. Ir if we were in need of something. The staff was more concerned about the game and chilling with their favorite guests. I felt really left out they should treat everyone with the same respect. Been there my first time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. There are better places and food to eat somewhere else. Too bad I drove 1 hour to get there to experience this bad of a service. I will give -6 for all the service overall.
