I love Mrs. Fields it is so unfortunate that this is the only one now and the other is in Seattle. I love the fact that the still have the Buy 3 get 1 free. I moved in WA a couple of years from NY and Mrs Fields in Queens Center Mall is where I will get my cookies or brownies fix every other day. Their Federal Way Location, I noticed that the cookies are not as thick as they used to be. Service was good and quick minus one start for the thinner cookies. Will still come back once in a while to get my fix.

I absolutely love their smoothies. Clean, fresh, no preservatives, no colors, no artificial flavors and what's even better is that they taste great!

CUSTOMER SERVICE-is 5/5 stars imo. They were very nice and quick. Pretty sure the guy that took my order was the same guy I bought it from the next day. Was able to purchase the cookie cake earlier than opening time. Appreciate that. Quality-this was so disappointing, not sure what changed but this is definitely not the quality I remember. The decorating was skimpy for a large cookie cake. Smelled awesome but the taste felt like those gross precut cookies from the grocery store. Expensive for the quality. Not the employees fault, he cooks what is sent so this is cooperate related, clearly not taste testing quality. Now I understand why these places are closing down.

Maybe the WORST customer service I've seen (and I've seen some bad service!) Was waiting for at least 3 minutes before the man came out from back. Once he did walk out (slowly) he still never asked how I was or what I would like to order. After receiving my order I tried asking him a few questions about the product and he completely ignored me.

There only remaining Mrs. Fields in the area. But they don't do Triple Chocolate Dipped. Cookie quality wasn't that great.
