Popped in here on a whim the other day and am so happy I did. We got their pig ears, wontons, nine way noodles, and green Chili noodles. Every dish came out so flavorful and we will be returning very soon. The customer service was great! The workers here were attentive to and promptly refilled our water when they saw it was getting low, they even packed our food when we were done! I'm so glad to have another favorite restaurant in Federal Way to go to!

Second time at this spot and it was a great experience both times.Even though you order with your phone, the staff is friendly and attentive.Prices are reasonable, especially if you’re more familiar with Din Tai Fung, which is way more spendy in comparison.Atmosphere is cozy. Not a terribly large spot, I imagine it can fill up fast during peak hours. To me the cucumbers are a must have- crunchy, garlicky, refreshing. Great between bites of the chili oil dumplings that pack a nice punch. The Szechuan dumplings are less spicy and have a great texture. I’d recommend them all.I also had their mini hot-pot. It’s not so mini! Easily shared with multiple people, especially if you get other dishes. The pear juice is also a treat. Will be back!

In town for work and a nice, hot bowl of beef noodle soup sounded great in the cold weather. I could have gone to the places close to my hotel in Bellevue, but been there, done that. I wanted to try a new place and I'm glad I did. This place is a small shop that reminds me of some of the places in Taiwan. It was clean and the service was efficient and polite. Living in Southern CA, I am surrounded by authentic Chinese food. Nine Way's beef noodle soup is on par with some of the better bowls I've had. It's definitely pricier, but I would still go back.

We ate here for the first time today, and it was delicious! We had the dumplings, cucumber salad, Nine Way Noodles, and Braised Beef noodle soup. It would be hard to pick a favorite, because they were all so good!

Restaurant freshly new we went in during the grand opening. Service was nice and polite, with no menu. You have to scan the bar code to place an order. I actually like it that way. The food was good. We ordered cucumber salad, garlic pork, beef noodles soup, and dry noodles dish, which was spicy ?.

I recently dined at this Sichuan restaurant and I must say, it was an experience to remember! The braised beef noodle soup was incredibly flavorful, with tender beef and perfectly cooked noodles that left me wanting more. The handmade dumplings and handmade wonton in chill oil were a true highlight, bursting with delicious fillings and served with care. Beyond the delectable dishes, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and truly enhancing the overall dining experience. If you're craving authentic Sichuan cuisine with top notch service, highly recommended!

Service was pretty good but the food was okay. We got the house noodles and some soup dumplings, nothing was impressive.

Tried it through door dash first and was really impressed how on point and delicious the noodles and wontons were. So we decided to go in person and let me tell ya, cute little restaurant, it feels and seems very clean and we were greeted with the most warm smile and they accommodated our little group with a stroller comfortably. We had tons of questions about the spices and flavors and what waiter explained to us was what we got, spice levels are perfect. Food is delicious, comforting and cooked just right and prices are very affordable. By now we've tried nearly everything on the menu (between dine in and delivery) and enjoyed every dish. Nine Way gas changed our go to soup from pho to braised beef noodle soup. Can't recommend them enough!

Food is very good. We ordered the dry noodles and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Chewy and bouncy noodles.

I'm a huge fan of Asian food and stumbled upon this spot via Yelp. I love the decor and the feel walking in. It was clean and tidy. Service was great, the server was so helpful and attentive. She knew we ordered the braised beef noodle soup and automatically brought us 2 extra bowls. You order via the QR code on the table which helped get our order out very promptly. Everything was so delicious. The numbing spice that Szechuan peppers give, it's a different kind of yummy. Pig ears were so flavorful with just enough crunch. The only thing that was not my flavor was how soft the noodles were. I'm more of a fan of a firm noodle texture. Overall, another delicious food experience. Oooohh, location is nice and parking is plenty. That's important to mention, for me anyway. AND it's surrounded by other spots for great desserts because I know I'm always craving something sweet after my meal.

We got the handmade Sichuan style dumplings and they were good. The star of the dish was the chili oil. It's in my top 3 best chili oil ever!
