My husband took me here and we ordered their homemade black sesame macaroon, strawberry milk macaroon and their strawberry waffle. Not only are they picture perfect but they're the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. I also ordered their iced strawberry matcha and it tastes even better than the matcha at starbucks. I really love this cafe, not only was the staff friendly but I got to meet the owner and he was very nice and humble. I would encourage anyone to stop by and give it a try.Parking: There’s lots of parking in the back of on it near the apartments
Have loved coming here ever since it was opened as boba factory. Quality of drinks and the ambience has definitely improved! Bingsoo is really good during the summer time. Finally tried the macarons and they were also very yummy. Iced americano was really good too!!! If you are looking for a good cafe in federal way this is one for sure.

Our first time visiting this cafe on Sunday, 12/31/23 at 8:00 PM. Got an Oreo Croffle, a Thai Milk Tea and a Brown Sugar Milk Tea. All came out in a timely manner and prices were decent. We ate and drank while sitting down at a table for 30 minutes. Good atmosphere, nice ambiance and quality of menu items. Sweet place to chill for a bit!!!

Very good cafe place! Loved the cafe environment. I would say great place to chat or stop by for quick coffee, and the croffle were great! Love it ? ?Parking: Yhe parking will be challenging because the parking space are small and have apartment parking spaces as well

One of the best tea and coffee shops in the greater area. Though most have great products ( food/ drinks), this place offers great service, a study lounge type of vibe and atmosphere in short. The area around the store may seem slightly off but it's really not. And there is retail parking. Just make sure to look out for the signs when parking. Oh, and make sure to try the Croffles ( small bakery item).
up there in terms of bubble tea spots in Federal Way but sure miss when it was called boba Factory since then prices have gone up but quality still good!

Stopped by here on the way back from home from Portland to Bellevue. We got the strawberry cream cheese croffe (two pieces) which has been my favorite in America. Crispy, not too sweet, and creamy. Personally I found the strawberries to individually be too sour, but combining it together with the croffle helps balances it out. Service was great, the cafe is spacious it's a great spot to hang out or do work, and there are a variety of drinks offered.

Cute, simple, clean cafe minutes from I-5. I got drawn in by the macarons which are always perfect. Crème Brûlée is my all time favorite. I have also sampled there croissants with fruit and crème. They are flaky and the cream isn't too sweet. Had to try the Croffle (croissant & waffle) as well which was slightly lighter and flaky compared to a traditional waffle. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Several tables if you want to eat it. A regular stop for a sweet treat.

Croffles and boba! What a great combo. Their bubble tea is good, I like the fruit green teas. Their boba is nice and chewy. I tried the Nutella and the blueberry croffle. The croffle (croissant-waffle) is served warm and it's so soft. The blueberry one is so good because you have plump and juicy blueberries and whipped cream making it light and not too sweet to go along side the rich croffle. I love coming here when I'm in the area. It's a cute little shop is decent amount of seating for a small space. The staff are friendly and orders are ready for pickup when ordering through DoorDash.
