Ordered online to be picked up at 5:15. Arrived about 5 minutes early but the way their pickup line is set up nobody even really acknowledges that you're there. About 20 after 5:00 finally got someone's attention and they hadn't even started my order. Ended up not getting out of there till about 5:35 almost 5:40. People had came in while I was waiting got their food and we're out the door long before I was. Please do something to improve your online order process and tell your employees to acknowledge people that are standing in the pickup line.

I bought the plate( two entries)as they call it plate . I got chow main and chicken teriyaki and spicy chicken..as I explained to a rep they said no worry. After took food and left the store I saw bad results. The chopped up chow main, burned chicken. This store and the Bellevue are the worst place. As travel my best one is in Tacoma wa.

If you want to eat Panda Express, this place is quite bad, both the service and the employees (ingrit) treat people very badly and serve very badly and you tell them and they twist your mouth and the food, if it is not burnt, is raw.

Best place to eat I have ever been to in Washington. Cheaper than most. Tasty. Polite service. Great place. I will be going back soon!

Food has become increasingly better in recent years and I have been impressed with this. The only real reason I gave 4 stars rather then 5 was because it took almost 45 minutes to get our food this last time around .

We like to go to Panda Express, about twice a month, we order two to go plates; a plate gives you one main with 2 sides. Our 1) plate is White Rice with 2 sides of Double Orange Chicken. Our 2nd plate is Chow Mein with Double Orange Chicken with 2 Large fountain drinks, we like getting Raspberry Ice Tea.That totals out to be a little over $27.It's well worth the price, as you get quite a lot. They have a lot of other great dishes to eat, too. You can dine in or take out and order on the phone, then just go down and pick it up, and it will be Hot and Ready to pick up.Parking: More than 25 parking spots including parking from other area businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is available in the parking lot right in front of the entrance to Panda Express. It's also away from the streets, so you don't have to worry about being hit by any vehicles out on Hwy. 99 in Federal Way.

Omg your workers are so kind and so nice! I read the menu prices wrong and thought the entree prices were the prices for the sides so I was trying to substitute one of my entrees on the big plate for a side, luckily one of your sweet workers corrected me. Thr food was SO YUMMY and i was also very happy that I didnt have to wait for them to cook more orange chicken, literally everytime i go to the enchanted pkwy panda they nvr have chicken ready so i really like this location better. Only suggestion i have is to maybe put a plate on the menu that comes with 2 entrees and 2 sides on the plate cause it would make it easier. Also I didnt any option or anywhere to leave a tip, I donated to the childrens hospital which think is awesome that you guys do that but i do wish there was a way or place for me to leave a tip cause everyone who worked on 1/13/2024 at 4:20pm did an awesome job like seriously an awesome job. The line was super long and they got through it in record time like i didn't even have to wait. Everyone working that day deserves a raise.

I consistently receive high-quality food at this establishment, earning it my 5-star rating. My appreciation extends beyond the delicious meals to an exceptional staff member named Margie. Her consistently positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond make each visit memorable. Even while multitasking during a busy dinner rush, Margie not only acknowledged me but efficiently addressed my needs, allowing me to navigate through the crowd and enjoy a swift and pleasant dining experience.

This is one of my favourite restaurants to get for American Chinese food. Staff is extremely courteous and extremely accommodating when it comes to mobility limited wheelchair users like myself. The restaurant is usually very clean, aside from maybe a few dirty tables during peak hours. Food is always fresh and very tasty. While it is a little difficult to open the door from the wheelchair accessible side, since there is no accessibility button to automatically open the door, the restaurant is often busy enough where there is somebody often able to help you who is also visiting.Parking: Parking is in a shopping centre behind the business. It is often very busy, but there are plenty of spots available even during the holidays.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant in question is able to be accessed from the sidewalk at the backside, facing away from the street. While no door opening button is present at this location the door is easy to maneuver from a wheelchair and is frequented by other guests who are very accommodatable in opening the door for you. The entrance hallway is a little narrow, but can fit a walking person in a wheelchair passing by each other.
