Big shout out to the crew this evening at this papa Jhons! I'm having an issue with there delivery service (doordash) which is on there website. The crew is taking care of us and is remaking the order for us at carry out expenses instead of delivery. Door dash messed up, not papa. I really miss you guys having a private delivery service ?. I was gonna give one star but I'll give you 3. I wish I could give the crew 5 and delivery 1. It would not be fair for an overall 1 star rating when the cre is diligent and courteous about the situation. Thanks again!

I love your pizza but my gawd don't use door dash to deliver - it's cold by the time it arrives and those drivers can't read. They always drive to the back of our neighborhood that is fenced and complain they can't get in. There is a big sign that says THIS IS NOT AN ENTRANCE and tells them to use the main entrance. Our entrance doesn't have a gate.

I came in today and right outside the door you had an employee smoking within five feet of the door. Horrible service. My order on line said it was ready but Morgan said nope. Morgan was rude very unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I waited at least 10 minutes at the store. Would NOT recommend this location.Parking: Horrible the 7-Eleven next door customers park there. No parking you have to wait. No handy cap parking seen.

I ordered a garlic epic stuffed crust. Only got the stuffed crust plain!!! Drive to pick up my pizza get there at 10:25 door is locked. I can see an employee working on a pizza, I knocked just to be ignored I knocked again he looked at me then looked at the clock continued to work on his pizza then after several minutes he comes to the door doesn't unlock it but proceeded to ask for a name for the order thought the glass door. I gave him my name then he went to the back to get my pizza.all this is while I'm outside in the rain he comes back a short while later whit my pizza unlocked the door gave me my pizza and with out any word just slammed the door shut and locked it. I get it it's the last of the orders but he could at least said thanks for the wait. Have a good night! Left at 10:43

Great service! The manager was super nice and respectable.i believe he was the one that helped me. Food was great too!!!
The pizza was cold when I took a bite out of it, and its texture was literally like the one of a rock. If I could get pizza again, I would get it from a different place.

Service was very good. The Hawaiian pizza was not good. The Canadian bacon was chopped up into small pieces and the pineapple were tid bits. Won't order it again. For the price I would expect to get better ingredients.

Dropped my pizza outside the door of the pizza place. The door is very heavy. I’m disabled wasn’t able to really hold them both. I asked them if they could we make my pizza as I seen it fall on the floor they told me no that’s on me I have to pay for a whole other pie and they were very rude and nasty to me. This was my first time ever eating beer and I will never eat there. I wouldn’t know what it taste like but maybe that was the universe telling me to stay away from that particular place, and never eat there also tried to call customer service and that was a joke. I wish I could give them no stars. And whoever the girl was, she needs to get another job maybe working at a funeral home because her attitude sucked

I left a great review last week due to food tasting great and quick service. I picked up the Shaq pizza yesterday and it was gross with a horrible after taste. Gave me the runs as well. Our local pizza joints just ain't it smh. My son was mad because I wouldn't let Jim finish it.
