This store needs to be closed, after eating the pizza and monkey bread i woke up in the middle of the night with gut wrenching pain, food poisioning. After hearing about the condition of the restaurant when our food was picked up i should have made the call to take it back but i figured we will cook any contaminants out...wrong....dont eat here save yourself the illness and go to the other papa Murphy

I went to pick up an order that I placed online, arriving about 10 minutes after the expected ready time. I walked into the store and noticed about 8-10 other customers waiting for their orders, all looking very frustrated. I asked to pick up my order, and the worker shuffled through what looked like 30 tickets on the counter, all in a disorganized pile. I was informed it would be about 20 more minutes, but based on the fact that only one person was making pizza, that seemed far fetched. There were only 2 workers, one of which didn't seem to care about the fact that they were SO behind. He (Enrique) even smirked as a customer became frustrated after trying to pick up their order which was already 45 minutes late. She asked to get a refund, but he was unable to do so. There seemed to be no accountability or management around, it was probably the worst display of customer service I've seen in a long time.I told them I'd come back before they close to pick up my pizzas, since I only needed them for the next day. When I came back around 7:30, the pizzas were still not ready and it took them 20 minutes to make 4 pizzas. I literally saw my tickets sitting on the counter from several hours earlier with a note that I would pick them up later, yet no one took the initiative to actually make them.I will never be coming back to this Papa Murphy's.

Was told it would be 35 minutes for my 3 pizzas. Came in after 40 minutes and they hadn't even started our order. Now been an hour since I ordered. No apology. Should have went to our usual Milton location. The service there is better. Don't order from here unless you do it over an hour in advance.

I ordered three family size pizzas and two mediums. All the pizzas were very good with very good quality ingredients. However i am giving them five stars because the staff were very nice and professional. Very hard to find that service with how good the pies were.

Nice pizza keeps happening to us. Look at the effort put in. I'm done paying for this. I keep getting less ingredients each time I go. Look at the crust as well! Next time I pay for a pick I bet they will just hand me a I.O.U. no excuse for doing such a bad job. If you hate your job get a new one. Do t punish random ppl for supporting a franchise. Get new jobs all of you.

The store is dark and cold. The employees make it even chillier. I walked in here and was not greeted by either employee. I stood there for almost a minute. Waiting. Finally I spoke up and asked for the delivery I was picking up. They had food tickets scattered on the counter. Found mine. It wasn't prepared even though I'd been told it was and they didn't even have dough made. Pretty ridiculous.

We ordered a pizza online for pick up. A Hawaiian add bacon. We showed up to pick up the pizza and it wasn't there. We showed the staff our receipt and they apologized and offered to "rush make" the order, that "some one must have picked up our pizza".No problem, things happen.We get home and out Hawaiian pizza has no pineapple on it. I call the store and the response was "oh bring it back and we will put the pineapple on it".It's not worth the gas to drive back to the store for a few pieces of pineapple

Multiple times they have, or have tried to, overcharge for toppings. If I order a split halves, 3 toppings each side, they will try to charge me for 6 toppings. Seeing as this has happened four of the last three times I've ordered, with at least two different employees taking the order, I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam or if whoever is training these guys it just an idiot. While I can order online (cause the computer is smarter than the employees) I avoid the place on general principle now just cause they suck at their jobs.

I went to this location the other day with my nephew. We bought two medium pizzas. One pepperoni and one vegetarian. The total was $38. Absolutely ridiculous. I usually tip when given the option, but the guy working the counter was being pretty dismissive and rude, and with paying $38 for two medium pizzas, chose not to. The man rolled his eyes and said if I want my receipt I can lean over the counter to pull it from the dispenser. The quality of the pizza was good. This review is specifically for the pricing and customer service.

Was very disappointed that when I had family over for family night I spent $70 for 3 pizzas and they only took credit card when I had cash .The girl behind counter said only credit card we don't except cash. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE .

I placed an online order and waited for my order to be ready to pick up, went to the store got to the counter paid and was told by the employee that the ticket wasn't printed so we had to sit and wait for our order to be made. That's fine with me but she didn't offer to give us a discount for us having to wait for our order to be prepared. So I rated this visit a 1 star. Customer service should be #1 and I feel like it was not a top priority for this employee here at this location. Federal Way, Washington

Let me start by saying I have been coming here for many years when " Matt " was the manger. Always great service, kind, and got our orders correct. Fast forward to yesterday when I decided to stop in and grab a couple pizzas because it was the NFL draft night. I walked in and no one was around. The new manger "Dakota" was standing outside smoking and wanted to finish his cigarette before taking my order. So I waited....once he was finished he took my order for one pepperoni & pineapple pizza and a pepperoni and black olive. I gave him a tip and waited in my car. He brought it out and I thanked him and went home. Once home, I realized he gave me 2 of the exact same pizzas. I called and "Christine" apologized and said she would message the district manager to see if they could doordash the correct pizza. She said that was not an option and told me she put my name on a "list" to come in within the next week and pick up the correct pizza. I went in today and Dakota snapped at me and told me he got my order correct and to leave the store. Ummm, what?! Sorry, guy, you didn't get my order correct and I lm here to pick up the replacement. He was rude and yelled at me to leave the store. Unbelievable! I support local, family franchise businesses. What happened to common courtesy, kindness? I will never give this place my business again. If you want your order correct and want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else. Dakota will make you wait till he finishes his smoke and make your pizza wrong and then tell you your the issue. I will never go here again.
