I've been really disappointed with the lack of cheese & toppings the last couple years. Barely anything on the pizzas anymore making them so bland/no flavor. Makes me not want to order from here anymore. Pizza hut used to be the best of the best.
I just really enjoy seeing young kids doing positive things trying to make a difference. The one kid Chris with the dreads was awesome and his friends just I love seeing kids doing honest work.Parking: Federal Way 21st Ave

Called in to use said credit, per instructions , which was less than first order that was wrong “order $60+ and got $50 credit4. Was told I had to spend more money and there were limitations on spending said credit that was owed “meaning you don’t get any deals and pricing is more than advertised.5. IF THIS STORE OFFERS A CREDIT, BEST TO ONLY GET A FULL REFUND.I have called customer service after getting the run around from the onsite so called manager on duty, and corporate customer service wanted me to forget about the issue and only get 3 free pizzas and not pursue the complaint any further. But there were limitations to how you can order and what pizzas you can get, per customer service.IF YOUR ORDER IS WRONG, DEMAND A FULL REFUND, STORE CREDIT IS A SHAM ONLY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND LIMIT WHAT YOU CAN GET IN THE FUTURE…..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED…..

Service was OK after the mess up. My order on the phone price was different from the one on the phone even I end up to pay nothing because they messed up my order as I said...,Pizza was not that good as a fresh pizza supposed to be. I have resistance to visit the place again inside of me.

Food here is as expected for Pizza Hut so you generally know what you're getting. Most of the time they are within 10 minutes of their estimated delivery time. But I'd say about 75% of the time if you order a drink it's nearly always forgotten. So just be prepared to get your order incomplete if you're getting delivery.
Second best pizza place around the Federal Way area, next for some reason Pizza Hut used to have good prices for the quality but the seesaw of quality to price has gone insane lately. You get good pizza, but it's not worth $25. Pass for Dominos.

DO NOT EAT HERE. We found 2 pieces of hair cooked into the pizza dough. I called to let them know the day after because by the time we got home and ate it was pretty late. They said the most they could do is give me a $5 dollar credit because its not the day of. I spent $40 AND tipped. This is a terrible place to go.

Tried "The Big New Yorker" which was double pepperoni, also had lots of grated parm on top. It's just alright. Crust is fine, the size is nice. The pizza is pretty over salted though. Could barely eat the second slice after the first saturated my palate with so much salt. Even rootbeer didn't help.Also tried their cheesesteak melt. It's basically a thin crust with their toppings inside and then folded in half. Barely any steak. I had maybe two small pieces in one half of the melt. The majority is just pepper onion and cheese. They also gave the wrong sauce. It's advertised as coming with a garlic parm sauce but they just put in a ranch cup.I'd stick to their regular pizza next time and skip the melts unless you just want a folded in half pizza for $8 lol.

Dont order from this office. They use Door Dash people and twice in a row my orders were messed up. When they use Door Dash they have to get the money back from them and you have to wait for Dash to dispute it, call the driver, then fight Dash to get your money back. Stay away from this pizza hut.
