Please make your chefs wear hairnets. I found very short, light hair in my pasta. Both pastas tasted good and were too filling to finish. Bruchetta was soggy and not good. Chocolate cake and baklava were decent.

Absolutely amazing food! We have ordered a few times through doordash but decided to go in person this time. The food was incredible and super filling! The staff went above and beyond to help us when we misplaced our debit card. The calzones and cannoli are amazing! 12/10

I can understand why people like this place it's just not for me. I ordered delivery the other night and was disappointed in my pizza. The toppings come under the cheese which I knew before I ordered but I forgot what this means for pizza quality. When the toppings are under the cheese nothing gets properly cooked or picks up that delicious roasted flavour so it was kind of bland except for the flavour of pizza sauce and uncooked deli meat. I got pepperoni and mushrooms and the mushrooms were wet and the pepperoni had an overwhelming raw pepperoni flavour which was unpleasant. The pizza crust was also undercooked, barely any brown on the bottom so it was floppy and it was a lot thinner than I was expecting for a pizza that isn't advertised to be a thin crust pizza. The sauce is extremely acidic and there was too much of it on the pizza. One the plus side the crust had a nice flavour. The pizza here is also overpriced on all delivery apps so I recommend ordering from this location directly. $25 for a medium pizza with only 6 slices was a hard pill to swallow.

Place has great authentic style pizzas, with the toppings underneath the cheese and a delicious crust to go with. Their chicken wings are also killer and for not that pricey of a spot it's pretty great. No indoor seating so takeout pizza at its finest.

This place makes exceptional food! I have been undergoing chemo and have had issues tasting food for a week now. As soon as some of my taste came back, I decided to treat myself. I was really craving pizza and wanted more than Dominos or pizza hut. Researched places in federal way and came upon this hole in the wall that had great reviews. I was skeptical after seeing the higher prices but it was BEYOND worth the price! We got a Alfredo pasta and a large pepperoni pizza. The pasta was delicious but the pizza will keep me coming back. That was the best pizza I have had in a VERY long time. Every bite had me, my wife, and my 4 year old son wanting more! My wife is someone who will have 1 or two pieces and she ate 4 and made herself almost miserably full it was so good. I don't review food often but this place deserves it. It was so good we already came back the next day to try their sandwiches and will most likely be coming back every day this week to test everything on this menu. If you live in or near federal way and want pizza, look no further! This is the best pizza in federal way and it's not even close!! My tip of the cap to your chef! Well done to everyone involved with this restaurant and thank you for a much needed great meal during a dark time for me and my family ❤️

Though I've never gone in person, Pops is my favorite place to order from when I'm just too tired to cook. I've had their barbecue chicken pizza a few times, and my favorite is their Alfredo carbonara. All of their food is so delicious and I love that for takeout they use heat sealing tins, no other restaurants in the area use these to my knowledge and it's just a great touch of care. Absolutely recommend Pops to anyone who lives here or is just passing through the area.

I picked up my pizza on site instead of delivery! Nice gal working the front she was busy yet polite and organized. The pizza was super yummy!! We have ordered delivery a few times in the past but after making my way into the little shop I had to review. They are doing it right!!

Discharged from hospital with our new born yesterday morning, and tonight we wanted a nice hot meal from pops… more like a gross cold meal.. ordered 9/23 at 4:15pm, delivery driver arrived at 4:48pm (2mi distance). Thanks for the cold dinner, never ordering again.

I eat at Pops ALL of the time. The food is remarkably good and the staff is the best around. My wife doesn't do cheese so we get the large (some fancy name) pizza with pineapple and half without cheese. FANTASTIC! I am "the man" at home because it is always exactly as my wife loves it. Happy wife=happy life! Believe me when I say that Pops is one of the keys to a long and happy marriage!
