Since the new ownership a few years ago, it’s been difficult to get consistent service. Unfortunately they don’t open until 7, and I want to support them, but the other coffee stands in Federal Way open earlier (6am). When they are open, their drive thru window is often closed or it takes several minutes for a barista to come. They were also closed on a Saturday afternoon and are closed Sundays. There was always a long line before it was Raine City Coffee but now i never see cars in the drive through.When i am able to get a quick coffee, their drinks are amazing!

This is the most unprofessional coffee shop I have ever been to the hours do not match the website. They are never here. They have ants and their establishment to the point where the health department had to be called in order for them to serve food again, this is just horrible. I wish the old owners were still here.

Really like this place, but they always seem to be out of things like syrups, Lotus, cups: Millie and Lyndsay do a great job with what they have to work with.

The barista Lyndsey told me in person she adds an extra dollar or 2 . She admitted it to several people and was boasting about how much extra money she gets from stealing. I'll go take a lie detector test. So if you all want to go to court let's go. Maybe the customers need to check their cards and receipts. Lyndsey is telling people she steals herself. And she is a liar. If you want someone like that working for you. Go for it. She has a fake id too. I bet she won't admit to that either. It's not an accusation It's what Lyndsey told people with her own mouth. Let's all go to court. She said it in front of multiple people that will testify to what she is telling othersThen I can counter sue you. Please let's go to court so I can prove Lyndsey told people this with her own mouth. She is a thief and a liar and a manipulator. I know the truth. She claims she steals.

I honestly love this coffee shop. I’ve been coming for a few years now. Today however was the 4th time where I have gone to the drive thru while there are no customers in the store and no one ever came back.

Drive through is so convenient! The service is great, & the drinks are excellent. Ordered an iced matcha tea latte, so refreshing. Will be coming here again!

First time coming here for bubble tea. And I'll be completely honest since I love bubble tea and been to pretty much all of em.1. Service seems like the guy didn't want to be there, I get it. No one wants to be at work. But when you are at work, fake it.2. My bubble tea was warm. What that mean you didn't shake/mix the tea with the ice. And for me, bubble tea that's warm ain't bubble tea no more.3. There was no one in front of me, tea itself took like 8 minutes or longer to make, if there was 3 customers, that's at least 20 minute wait for me...4. The tea flavor itself was pretty good, so no complaint there except, again, warm.Will try it out again in a month and see if anything was corrected.
