We haven't been to Red Lobster in at least 10 years. Our experience at this location was much better than any other experience we have had. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious.Parking: We went on a busy Saturday, so we had to park in the lot next door

Horrible experience eating there today!First, the male host with curly hair and glasses lacks customer service skills. Not only did he really not say anything other then "two of you", he never said anything on our way to the table or after he showed us our table. He then took one set of silverware with him when he walked away. While we were waiting for our food he tried to pass around a tray stand at the same time a lady was helping a disabled woman. The male host hit the tray and stand knocking it into the customers. He just stood there while the customer had to pick it up. He tried to cut them off again but someone grabbed him and handed him the tray and the other guy moved the tray stand. Not once did he apologize!It took us 20-25 minutes to get someone to come to our table. The server said she wasn't our server but would get us our drinks and took our food order. It was over 45 minutes before we even got water, which was brought out by another server. Our server, Carrie, had to be the worst server I've ever had. Not only did she not show up until after we got her food, she never introduced herself nor apologized for the lack of attention, she didn't ask if we needed anything or if everything was ok. We had to ask her who she was because more then 45 minutes into our meal she finally stopped by. Meaning, someone else took our order, someone else got our drinks, someone else brought out our salads, someone else brought out our appetizers, someone else brought out our food. We had to tell her that there was no flounder on our Admiral plate when she finally stopped by and looked confused at our statement. She checked on it, came back 11 minutes later and said "it will done when its done". We had to flag her down for water refills but she never got them from us. We finally got our flounder about 17 minutes later which was brought out by someone else. And she never got our tarter sauce or water refills. The only thing she did for us during our over 2 hour visit was take one plate away, bring me a box, and brought our check after we had to ask for it from another server. Thankfully Nestor was very kind and did everything for us except take our order. He was very nice, professional, and helpful! Thanks again Nestor!Onto the food now! Not sure if it was the kitchen or our lack of a server but our shrimp cocktail came out almost an hour later. The Admirals plate was not only missing the flounder it came with, it was missing the extra flounder that we asked for. A piece of flounder as thin as quarter shouldn't take 30 minutes to broil.Meanwhile the short, heavy set female manager was walking around without a care in the world. When we left she was at the host stand talking and laughing with another employee and never said anything to us as we left.Definitely not worth our time!

Plenty of food, didn't need the all you can eat offer. Waitress was very nice, food came promptly and we weren't rushed to leave. Definitely a good lunch choice for us.

Poor customer service to say the least. I ordered via UberEats and arrived at the restaurant to find my food sitting on a wooden table behind hostess. Returned to my car to check my food only to find I was missing lobster. In addition the container that my steak and mash were in had remnants of rice. I proceeded to go back inside and explain the situation to the host, she stated she would get her manager. The female manager on duty identified as Sierra came out with 5 other servers to speak to me, assuming because I was an African American male in a non black establishment. Sierra offered to re-plate my food and add lobster. I stated it looked like someone ate out of the container, one of the servers yells we will just remake it from behind the host podium. After waiting 17 mins for my food to be remade, Sierra returns with two other servers and stated she could not remake my food as that would be given away free food. Sierra stated I had to reorder my food on UberEats and she was advised of that by her General Manager.I proceeded to call UberEats they attempted to call the restaurant to confirm they would not remake and no answer. UberEats made a total of 13 calls to the restaurant that went unanswered. As of now I still have not received a refund.Definitely would not recommend.

After not stepping foot in a Red Lobster in 30yrs, the wife & I went to RL in Federal Way Wa. 3/16/24... Entering a nearly empty restaurant, we were sat and a friendly waiter took our order. We received our drinks and the waited over 40min (only 2 tables were sat in our section)to receive cold food. We sat and sat waiting for our server to return, he never did.So we went to the front to pay and their he was coming in from outside like he was on an extended break. I said to him "you never came back" and he just shrugged his shoulders. Never again Red Lobster never again!!

Service and food was worse . This place won’t last long . My 60$ lobster tasted like rubber and tasteless . Pasta was dry . Just to get our biscuits took 45 min. Waiter was slow . This was on Sunday and was very slow and now many people there ( now I know why ) so I’m not sure why the service was slacking . We been coming here for years and we won’t ever be back .

Worst service, we've tried dining 4x. Last night was just horrible. Our waitress Kim brought our drinks and bread, then never checked on us again. I caught other servers asking for drinks and bread refills, those were passed off to someone else, our food took over an hour to get.our food was cold shrimp was over cooked a expiditer said when he dropped off our food we would have to order more refills for our all you can eat shrimp with our server. Never seen that server. We finished our shrimp caught another server that said our servers transferring to management. Said server ordered our refills but we were so dissatisfied we just dropped cash on the table and walked out. We won't be back.

The boyfriend and I went here a few weeks ago and everything was amazing! I was craving lobster for months and being carnivore now I really wanted steak too, the waitress helped us select the best option for surf and turf. She was incredibly attentive and helpful. I sort of wish more restaurants would seat families with screaming children in one half and adult parties sans kids in another. Yes, I know there's a bar but I don't need further temptations to drink just because I also want to avoid screaming kids. The drinks and desserts were quality, pretty sure their decaf coffee is SWP and the fruits used in my bf's tea and cheesecake tasted real, not like nasty, fake syrup.
