I love this little bakery! I come down to federal way h mart once in a while and every time I come I need to stop by this bakery and buy a few macaroons. The lady who works there is super sweet and always positive. I got to mention how amazing the macaroons are too. They aren’t too sweet but they are just right. They are also huge for only $1.99! Definitely visit them:)

Scrumptious pastries !!! The Seaoul Bakery is inside the HMarket. Many pastries to choose from. Delicious macarons one of the best that I have tasted and very soft and large.

Good items and kind service. Ever since going to Tous Les Jours in Bellevue we always end up comparing any Asian bakery to them, unfortunately. All items are great here except the cakes. They have good flavor but the bread texture is just not as fluffy and soft as Tous Les Jours. No cakes for me here. Sorry.

TLDR/ Food: Okay, Ambiance: N/A, Cost: High, Service: Fine. Food: This is certainly an ok bakery, it is by no means gourmet or anything to rave about. I bought about 80 dollars worth of pastries and wasn't all that impressed by any of them either savory or sweet. The only mildly interesting thing was a danish like items with sliced hotdogs, which was surprisingly good but still too expensive for what it was. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy pastries here and it isn't even the best bakery in the area, but if you are looking for a quick snack while shopping or a breakfast on the go while picking up lunch this is not a terrible option. Service: Good, for a grocery store. Ambiance: Non-existent, it's a grocery store bakery inside of H-mart, what do you expect?

I've been going to this bakery for 10+ yrs and love their pastries. My favorite was the big green tea coconut raisin bread but sadly I think they discontinued it. My family and I normally get the cream cheese bread or sweet cream bread. They did a wonderful job creating a birthday cake for my Grandpa! The owner was really nice and let me place an order the day before. I told them I needed a cake size for ~20 people and this quarter size was perfect. The cake was filled with fresh fruits and not too sweet which is exactly what my family loves lol. Very generous on the light and fluffy cake frosting. The only thing is I wished the cake looked a little more decorative with the fruits on top, cursive writing and maybe an exclamation point at the end of the wording so it doesn't look too plain. Other than that, I think it was great for $50. They also gave us some candles and a plastic knife to cut the cake.

My husband and I want to shopping in H Mart. And we saw this bakery. We bought 2 Korean pastries and coffees. Very small bakery but they have everything, pastries are soft, fresh, delicious and yummy. They bring me a childhood’s favorite breads and pastries. I like red bean paste pastry and cream bread. Sweet mom and daughter work together and they are great service for us. Very kind and generous people.

Custom ordered a cake for my friend's engagement party and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the cake - it was perfectly light, fluffy, and fruity! Will order from here again in the future (note: the topper was not included)

Seoul Bakery is a great little shop in the H Mart in Federal Way. You can't go wrong with probably any of their desserts or pastries made fresh daily. Love that true to most Asian desserts, they are not too sweet. This is a great stop when you're doing other shopping in the store.

Delicious, but tough location to thrive. 85 bakery is a few doors down and has better pastry at the same prices.

Everything looked fresh, macadamia cookies excellent! Customer service was kind, and they have fair prices. Definitely have different items you cannot buy at like a regular bakery of course. A little taste of Korea is what I would potentially liken it to.
