Four stars because the service was so warm and welcoming. I'm not sure about all the photos posted for this business but nearly all of them are no longer available on the menu. The banchan also left a lot to be desired and are only three of them. I would only return because the woman that works there is the sweetest.

This place is a OG KoreaTown GEM! On a cold and rainy day, (esp if hungover) any of the piping hot soups here will absolutely hit the spot! My favorite is the Soondae gukbap (pork blood sausage soup and rice) and I love their kimchi here. My mom likes the get the hangover soup. They give you spicy pepper paste to turn up the heat. Hope they never close.

My guy was craving some bossam and today was a chilly and rainy day-what a great day to try this place! Now, if you're expecting a wide menu with kimbap, bibimbap, Korean BBQ, or kimchi fries rice with 7 side dishes you will be thoroughly disappointed, but if you want comfort food in the form of rich and flavorful soups-try this place out! We ordered the bossam and the gamjah tang. Bossam is a pork dish that has been steamed or boiled in seasoning then thinly sliced. It is typically served with a radish kimchi, shrimpy dipping sauce, and leaves of salted Napa cabbage. It also is usually accompanied by pepper and fresh garlic with a soybean paste. Gamjah tang is a pork or beef dish in a meat broth with potatoes and sometimes with other leafy greens that is spicy. I really enjoyed both! The pork was buttery in texture and cooked very well-the radish kimchi was on point and paired well with the pork. The shrimpy sauce cut through the heaviness of the pork to make a winning combo. Definitely would order this again! The gamjah tang's broth was on point-mild red pepper spice that was rich in flavor. Meat was tender. Korean comfort food at its greatest. It totally hit the spot!

The menu could be update for friendly for non- Korean customer. The current menu is not friendly for someone that does not know the Korean food.

An alright place. Probably best to go for Korean appetizers and drinks. Not really good for eating authentic and traditional Korean foods. Also, not really for large groups of people. The restaurant is kind of small, so might not be comfortable for more than 6 people at a table. Tried this out for the first time on Sunday, 10/17/21. They had a limited menu. Ordered the Pork Belly, Pigs Feet with Cabbage, Spicy Pork Neck bone Soup with Potatoes, Beef Brisket in Beef Broth soup, and a bottle of Soju. We received side dishes of kimchi, radish and bean jelly. Rice cost $1.50 each. The food tasted OK. I wouldn't say they were the best or anything too delicious. Can't say that they were anything I haven't eaten before, but taste-wise, they were simply alright. Maybe needs more flavor, in terms of spice level? The soups were kind of bland. Needed more salt or seasoning. Liked the Chamisul Soju and Pork Belly.

Excellent place for Korean food outside the usual bibimbap/bulgogi canon. Doesn't seem like it's ever too busy so it's a great stop if you're in Federal Way and want Bo Ssam!

The outside of the restaurant seems a little dingy, but when you go inside, it is completely different. Clean and nicely decorated establishment with delicious food. The menu is simple and has been cut down. They didn't have seulongtang which is what we wanted, but they have other good options available. I ordered the healthy beef broth with tendon. There was a lot of bean sprouts and veggies in the soup, but there was also a lot of tendon. The tendon was soft - one of the best I've had in a restaurant. Never tried this before but I dipped the tendon in the wasabi/soy sauce mix and it was delicious! Would recommend trying. :)

Call me biased but there's nothing more comforting than an extreme piping hot bowl of haejangguk (hangover soup) with soondae (blood sausage). I have loved Seoul restaurant for years as it always hits the spot for sizzling hot soups but I wasn't sure how the takeout version of my favorite was going to stand up! Lo and behold, the takeout version stands. Love they separated the soondae from the soup portion because who likes soggy soondae?!?!? You also get a small thing of white rice along with tiny things of kkakdugi (turnip kimchi) and cabbage kimchi. I would like to have seen a slightly bigger portion of rice because it left me wanting more but that can be easily fixed by supplementing at home. So glad I was able to heat the soup to sizzling boiling temperature at home and get my haejang fix. And for those of you wondering, you certainly do not need to have a hangover to enjoy "hangover soup!"

Food amounts are getting less that past visit. I understand Covid-19. But no idea with it. Even I asked with out some noodles, they just cooked with it and say "this food with last call." Neh, come on I am not going to waste my money with last call.

They are changing extra money for togo food.

I picked up my food from here. Food was okay. But service was sucks. They gave me only two side banchan (side food) two kimchi. I went to a couple of korean restaurants down here, this one is going to be not-going place for me.
