Worst subway. If you ask for lettuce, she puts a pinch of lettuce on there. So stingy its insane. Then gets irritated you ask for extra anything. Just put the dam ingredients on the sandwhich how i want it. Its your job.

Barely put any meat in my order. Never order pick up from here. Indian lady was rude and not willing to listen when I called to tell her about how she made my sandwich. Worst experience at a Subway by far.

I dont EVER post anything negative especially for reviews, because who got the time, right? But I made a special exception for this subway. This is by far the worst subway out of all of them. I dont even want to harp on the cleanliness because my black *** wasn't staying in store to eat anyway. Read other reviews about the cleanliness if you want MORE info on that. but I ordered the most basic of basic sandwhichs. A toasted BLT with double bacon and cucumbers for lunch. you would think ? this would be simple (for a sandwhich shop), but to my dumbfounded surprise, I open the flimsiest, most drenched In mayo and mustard?(Why??)... BLT of my life. They forgot to toast it, add tomato, or double bacon, but they didn't forget to add the ridiculous amount of mustard I didn't order. I wore the biggest frown at this monstrosity of a sandwich I didn't want, as I immediately tossed it in the garbage. I will never go to this subway again despite it being close to home. GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS. REALLY!!! or better yet, go across the street from here to Safeway and get a better sandwich for half the price. do better Indian lady. do better subway.

I ordered delivery from this store. I paid for a sandwich and a drink. I did NOT receive my drink which I paid for and clearly shows up on my receipt. I ordered smashed avocado on my sandwich which is an extra charge. That was not included. I called the restaurant and t hey told me they did not have avocado. I told her she needed to refund me. She refused. I asked about my drink and she would not respond. Then she hung up on me.

Without a doubt the worst subway I've ever been to. Posted hours are incorrect and have been for years. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Never more than 1 worker per shift.

Customer service terrible… why would I be charged for extra cheese when menu clearly says 2x cheese.???? Worker never informed us just charged us. Then when asking why, the rude lady to say she hasn’t had a chance to change her prices and they will be changed tomorrow smh…. Never again…. Also had to ask worker to change gloves after she made another customers food and handed his transaction.

Bad service all around. Had to ask the person with bad attitude who made my sandwich to add 4th slice of tomato on a footlong sub as she kept putting less and less ingredients on it. At the end she was visibly upset when I pulled my coupons and told me their computer does not scan coupons, however when I scanned it went through just fine. This place is sketchy.

By far one of the worst subway stores I've ever been to involving their service, food quality and unsanitary practices. Have respect for yourself and give your business to another subway that deserves you.

Disgusting inside, Customer was terrible, and I politely told the lady never mind and left awkwardly because after looking how dirty everything was I had a feeling I would get sick eating here. Subways are normally very clean restaurants so this was very shocking.

beware the subway on military /288 in federal way. 8/31 PM I placed an order on subway.com for delivery of 2 meatball heros. they use doordash to deliver, so i got a call from the dashers phone.. NOT the restaurant! the subway girl said they were out of the meatballs. I said then cancel the order please "i dont know how" she says. "ask the manager" "hes not here" "call him and ask him how" she said she or he would call back surprise! no call door dash could not do anything, as it was ordered on subway.com subway.com in their help section - the restaurant must cancel. SO I called back - no answer i called 10 times in a row - no answer I called later - no answer 9/1 i called the next day - no answer 9/1 i called later - sorry cant help you, manager will be in after 6 called after 6 - NO ANSWER 9/2 same issue 3 times i called every other day, i just didn't have time to go to the store, plus i got sick. i finally got in there today, and wouldn't you know it.. they cannot do anything they wont do anything i said, ask the gal who called me, "i dont know who was working that day" "dont you have a schedule? you can look" she disappeared in back and NEVER CAME BACK!!! all the customers left. so they couldn't cancel, stole my money, wont refund me, and wont remake the sandwiches. absolute BS.

I have a coupon but not accepted by the machine. I ordered toasted and drive away for one minute and it’s very cold. The cashier is rude.

I ordered 2 sandwiches online, and went to the subway store at 720pm to pick it up; the posted hours on the website state they close at 8pm. When i got to subway at 720, the store was closed. I knocked on the door, and the lady pretended like she didn't hear me. I was charged for my order, but did not receive it. I tried to call the store and they did not answer and I am so far not able to get any help to get my money back.

This stores inconsistent at best. Never open when they’re supposed to be half the time, and it’s always something. Skip this place as it doesn’t deserve your business
