Really bad tasting pizza, spent $70 on a large pizza and kids meal. Way overpriced for the taste. Bad service. Super disappointed, won’t ever go here again.

Visited prime time on the weekend, working in food service ourselves understood what we could be potentially getting ourselves into, but was not expecting this level. Server himself, great. Paid attention to drinks, sauces, made sure he was heard and he heard us. Placed our orders at around 6:45. After 25-30 minutes our order of garlic bread and brown sugar mozz bread came out as 2 cheesy breads, seemingly sans garlic. After another 25-30 minutes, the table received all the food. Stray ingredients in dishes, missing ingredients, a literal piece of plastic in the bayou pasta, or just straight up cold. When half the table only orders an app or a salad and have it be half-cocked to this degree is just upsetting and disappointing. Didn’t bother taking anything home or mentioning anything, after that long it’s not even worth stressing out your server with. My past Rock pizza experiences have been good, this is my first and last at this location.

Good pizza. Service was acceptable, but not great considering the fact that place was not very busy.

I've been a fan of the Rock Pizza for many years, with their quality & consistent pies that they churn out. However, I am sad to write that the overall experience has steadily taken a nose-down and last night's experience has compelled me to put down my thoughts as a review.1. No host/hostess to greet us for almost 10 minutes. Had half a mind of turning away. At long last, young lad came and spoke to us stating they were short staffed and they couldn't seat us in the main dining area despite there being almost no customers and plenty of open tables. He offered to seat us in the bar/lunge area which we found acceptable.2. Our waitress took casualness to a whole new level, not deeming to talk to us for more than a minute. Very hurried. Brought us an order of onion rings (one of my favorites) and didn't bother asking us for any dipping sauces. Had to ask for them and by the time they arrived, the rings were out cold.3. The pizza was very un-tasty. It read well, trying to marry some interesting ingredients including cilantro, chili sauce etc. but it failed to deliver spectacularly with the dough be over-baked and the pizza tasting like nothing but cheese which was not what we were expecting.4. The nachos appetizer was a tangled mess of over-fried, bordering on burnt tortilla chips that couldn't be separated smothered in a ghastly blend of cheddar that resulted in a congealed mess that we nibbled on but could not do justice to because of the way the dish was made and presented.5. The most infuriating thing was the nickel-and-diming. We were charged for sauces like ketchup, ranch, honey-mustard etc. that we requested alongside the onion rings. Call me crazy, but who eats onion rings by themselves. The sauces are a mandatory accompaniment and getting charged for the same was very unusual.6. One of the diners in our party tried their chicken sandwich. The sandwich itself was fine. But when ordering, our waitress asked if we'd like fries or onion rings with the sandwich. Rings were selected and that again showed up as a extra add-on, which was a surprise. It would be appreciated if these add-ons were spelt out clearly.I know I may sound cheap complaining about a $3 add-on for rings and $2 add-ons for each little 2oz. serving of dipping sauces - but these are things threw me off. Being a repeat customer for the restaurant, I was taken a little aback and concerned that once a place starts penny pinching by way of throwing in add-on charges, cutting back on staff etc. it is a sign that the end is near. Will need to think very hard before revisiting the Rock and I'm sad since I've enjoyed their food in the past.

This place is fun, has pretty loud rock music playing. Large bar and seating area. Menu is decent, could have more vegetarian options but it is manageable as a vegetarian. I gave three for service because it was a shame ft change and we got forgotten- but I’ll update it if we go back and that’s improved. The staff could be more proactive about being welcoming. For atmosphere, in terms a a fun rocker pizza place vibe, they have that down well. The only issue was it was rather smoky from bacon cooking and could use better ventilation. I would definitely go back.Vegetarian options: Twitter vegetarian salads, pizza options, Mac and cheese can be ordered without bacon. It would be awesome if they had one vegetable dish.

Service could be slow during busy time. We waited about 18 minutes for our Calamari and decided not to get anything else. We've been here multiple times before. Long island tea is so strong, a couple can share 1 bucket and have a good buzz. Pizza is also good. Pasta selection is not very large. There's a bar, booth, regular tables and the vibe is rocking.
