Very bad customer service and will not be going there again. Food was sitting there for over 10 minutes and the chef had to tell the bartender to serve me my food even though she wasn’t my server and I wasn’t in bar. Server wasn’t pleasant and I’m all about customer service

The host at the front was rude. Every single worker looked like they hated their job. Service wasn't overly bad, just not good.Food was good. Calamari was pretty tough but had good flavor. I Reccomend the Volcano roll. Happy hour prices make it worth going back.

First time I have been unhappy with this place. It was just one person I had to deal with that really irritated me. The sushi bar is not cheap and you should be able to sit where you want too or need to sit. She was rude about it and did not want to accommodate me. She just wanted to argue with me in front of the other customers. I have never been told that I couldn’t pick where I sit. There was plenty of room at the end of the bar where she could have put the other group. You might want to give her some customer service training.

I love the service and the atmosphere - it is efficient, the food is always AMAZING. The chefs are great as always. Shout out to William for being funny and making the experience even better.
