Went this morning asked for a specific drink that I had asked for before and the girl at the window didn’t even greet me like all dutch employees usually have the past 5 years I’ve went & she didn’t even make my drink the way I asked for it to be made. It was the girl that was working at the window at 9:55

Service today was poor, I asked for whip on my iced white chocolate mocha and instead of adding the dome lid and adding the whip cream, the barista did a quick spritz into the flat lid and handed it to me lol. There was only one car behind me so it’s not like it was busy.Also, our orders were a hot white chocolate mocha and my iced latte but both tasted and looked like regular mocha instead.
