Customer service was extremely slow and not too sure why there is no dress code the woman working was only wearing a sports bra and leggings seems UNPROFESSIONAL to be wearing a bra at work like that. Customer service was not too welcoming ether. Emerald city smoothie of fife you can do better

We went into this location with a large group of people on a day we were doing a scavenger hunt in downtown tacoma. All of our drinks tasted great and the store was very clean. Probably one of the biggest Emerald City buildings I have been in, there was enough space to sit/stand around and wait for the rest of our group to get their drinks. The only thing I would comment on is that there was only 1 person making drinks and she seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. There was a new lady that was taking care of the check out and no one to help her since there was only 2 of them there and the other person was making the drinks, I would recommend someone to be there to train the new person since the person making the drinks didnt have time.... it took a long time to check out.

Stopped by Emerald City Smoothie With My Daughter we had the Green Smoothies My Daughter Suggested Adding The Peanut Butter and it was really good.I tried something different this time and it's the first time I had been to this Location of Emerald City Smoothie.I usually like to add protein as well ..I really like the selection here and it's a very nice Location.Great Service and A Very Clean Atmosphere.

So happy that this location is open! As someone who doesn't love fast food this place is a hidden gem in Fife. The full menu is available and they are still adding more supplements and accoutrements. The space is super open and clean as can be. Great music is always playing as well!The woman who is running the shop, Dom, is spectacular. Incredibly friendly, she took the time to find out what kind of flavors I was going for since I had no idea what to order. She also was able to knock out a large order in no time and make sure I was able to get my sales team their drinks! Overall, I will be going back as this is my new daily spot!
