It’s been a long time I haven’t have jitb great customer service the Mexican lady was at the drive thru was very polite and she greeted me and my husband with a smile ? thanks jitb team my food was delicious ?
Simply put, my spicy chicken sandwich filet was a hockey puck. Very disappointing. Rest of my meal was ok. Order was accurate.

I placed an online order at 7:41pm Feb 11th. I got to the store at 8:05 and sat at the window for 10 minutes (this is a common issue here) then drove up to the window. No one visible inside but drive through window was cracked open. There is so much more to this story but long and short is finally saw someone inside and it was a younger kid. I told him i had an online order and he says we are closed. I asked why it let me place an online order and he just shrugged. I called the number listed by the drive thru but never connected and left a message but have not gotten a call back. Called the store and it just rings non stop. Their lobby is not ever open so I had to sit in the drive thru for my entire lunch hour to speak to the manager who didn't speak very good english. He told me to cancel the order and I was trying to tell him it doesn't give you that option anywhere and besides it was on Sunday and today is Wednesday. He was pissed at having to give me food and made it a point to tell me he had to pay for it out of pocket. Sorry dude, doubt it and tell your corporate office to be available to handle complaints cause this location will never get my business again and I'll be sure to let everyone know why. On to Yelp next.

My phone died and I didn't know the way home from where I was, so I stopped by here and asked if they could help me. The cashier was quick to help grab a charger for my phone and let me borrow it for a moment to charge it. He was super kind and understanding! I wish I could remember his name so I could give a proper shout out, but he definitely made my day. Had a quick bite and was out of there and on my way home safely. Thank you guys! <3

Stayed at loves truck stop near store ...they shorted me 2 tacos for dinner...went back in next day lunch time and manager gave me 4 for free, not just the 2 I was short ...much appreciated ?

Workers do not care about there job at all. Waited in line for 10 minutes no one came to take my order and as I drove through I saw a worker talking on his cell phone inside. This has happened before at this specific Jack in the box.

Hours say they’re open until 11:30pm. We got here at 11 and waited in the drive through area for about 5-8 minutes and can see people inside sitting down inside. They never came to take my order. Change hours if they are not open until the time it says on the website. Seems like this is a recurring issue with this location.

I had ordered very slowly and made sir everything I needed off certain food was written correctly as well due to my children having food allergies and an esophageal structure, I even apologized for the long and particular order, the gentleman (Ronell) at the register was super kind, patient and thorough , mean while after I started to receive my order, bag by bag, I start checking my Children’s order and it’s made with everything! I felt bad enough that I ordered almost $100 worth of food, and I start to feel bad that I’m about to request everything remade bc of my families food restrictions, but it was in the receipt clearly and I wasn’t going too ok spend money on food my children couldn’t eat so I asked for a manager and out from the kitchen comes the manager who happens to be the one that made my food apparently. When I start by apologizing for the long order and then start to show him each burger and taco that was made incorrectly he starts to get defensive and called me a liar even though the food and receipt were right in front of him. He went back and started making the burgers again and when I receive them back the buns are burnt! He was so angry and out of line once I said it wasn’t fair that he was going cook my remade food like that when I wasn’t asking for anything for free and I kindly mentioned things being made wrong. My 8 year old daughter had to hear him and I even have it recorded. Thankfully because of Ronell (the cashier at drive through) being so kind, patient and considerate, I didn’t ask for my money back and just leave. This place is nothing but a joke says open carry out 10pm and drive thru 12am lets you order food online waste time gas and money get there so they can be closed at 9:30pm. This location is joke and should board doors up and find new work. 2 times this happened and its wrong to do
