drive through fastcourteous and the were working their butts off they even convinced us into trying a new item...great little cute potato things...they should take tips ...Parking: keep your windows up don't roll them down all the way or people come up and will interrupt your dining

I went through the drive thru, the guy working the window was really good. I was using the app and it was signed in to my buddy's account, so the name the store got wasn't mine, and I got extremely aggravated that the guy was telling me that they didn't receive my order, and I started to get belligerent. About 2 minutes into my rant, I realized what had happened, and sheepishly apologized, and he never for even one second responded like somebody who knew he was right and was dealing with a jerk customer that he would love to prove wrong. I very much appreciated the way he dealt with the situation and I still feel like an idiot for doing it. I wish that I had found out his name, because he deserves a little bit of recognition because he handled that better than I would have for sure.

I'm not sure what to say about this one. I guess what comes to mind is location is everything. The food is good for fast food. Usually have really decent but average customer service and like most fast food the staff are usually young and just starting to know what makes good and bad customer service. Being right by the casinos makes their jib a little more difficult as we. All in all good job guys.
