Walked inside to order only French fries and was the only one there at the moment. Ended up waiting 15 minutes only for fries, got busy within the next few minutes being there. Next thing I know everyone that arrived after me were being called that ordered 2 - 3 items when I only ordered a single thing, but yet I'm not sure what was going on. Nothing was making sense at that point, so walked up to the counter asking for my order and server had my order pushed to the side with my name on it? Never called my name or even shouted orde of ? at least if he couldn't say the name like come on is it that complicated??? By the time I got to my fries they weren't fresh at all!!!! Please do better!

Ordered 4 things 2 breakfast potato’s a sausage egg biscuit and a bacon Swiss croissant , I got the potato’s and 2 sausage biscuits, I didn’t know it was so hard to tell the difference between sausage and bacon even though it’s on the outside of the package and the bacon Swiss croissant is $2.10 more, drive through line was jacked up, so now I get to go back another day to get the right one! Check your bag before you leave because your more than likely not getting the right food through the drive through!

Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Took at least 10 minutes to order inside, only 2 people ahead of me. Took another 10 minutes to get food, after having to remind them of my order. Drive thru backed up through the parking lot. Some of the fries were inedible due to being way overcooked.

Stopped off the freeway. They just couldn't get the order right, so frustrating. Didn't check each burger out of the 6 we ordered, and sure enough, the last one was randomly a cheeseburger, even though we ordered all hamburgers. Food was not as good as other Wendy's.

Tables and chairs were all over the place. One homeless person sleeping in a booth. A few unclean tables.Ketchup. Usually in pumps at most other Wendy’s, this one had no pumps and was told to use packets in the trays next to the pumps. There wasn’t any. Asked at the counter again and they seemed surprised they were out. They wouldn’t be so surprised has anyone stepped out from behind the counter to maintain the service items or cleaning the dining room. Pretty simple. Food quality was good thankfully.
