Asked for fried rice, they gave me plain rice.My receipt shows I paid for fried rice.I approached the counter and told him I ordered fried rice, showed him my order with white rice, he looked at me and said, that’s fried rice.It was NOT fried rice, I knew it he knew it, so I left my order on the serving line and walked out.Enjoy it, that was the last time I will eat at your lying gas lighting restaurant!If you would have given me fried rice this one star review would not exist.That was your severance pay!

Very disorganized when taking orders, the line wasn’t even long, got the order wrong. The rice was soggy and gross, how can you mess up rice ? The beef was not good either, the dumplings were cold and hard. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Cashier kept getting my order wrong, adding on things I didn't ask for and getting what I did ask for incorrect. I did get a refund on the items I didn't order but it was still a bad time.

I've always loved Sarku. Haven't seen one in a mall for years so when I found this I was ecstatic. The prices are very reasonable, I got a #4 which was teriyaki chicken and shrimp with fried rice. I went around 1245 and the line was moving pretty quickly. The fried rice was fresh and they were making the chicken while waiting.It did not disappoint. Just remember to ask for extra teriyaki sauce before grabbing your tray.

First and last time eating at this place. It’s very basic “Asian” mall food with little to no flavor. They were better off putting a Panda Express on this side of JBLM.

Ordered sushi and beef teriyaki. The sushi was about gas station quality grade. The beef teriyaki with vegetables was bland and flavorless. The white rice was drowning in water and mushy. I won't come back here.
