In my opinion, hands down the best massaman curry in the Gig Harbor area, actually some of the best I've had. In fact, everything I've tried from this place has been amazing. I'm not sure if they offer dine in here or just takeout, but I always grab mine to go anyway. Check it out, your mouth will thank you.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly owner, a lovely lady from Northern Thailand. And I found this Thai restaurant in purdy but I was kind of surprised cuz it's adjoining a gas station. The food was very good it's not really the kind of place that (for us) we would really sit down and eat, it's more of a take out. I'll try the food a couple more times to give a little bit better review cuz I don't like to give a negative or a great review after just eating there once so we will just have to see.James

I ordered takeout. This was my first time trying this place. My father-in-law recommended this place as he said the food was Great! I went to order some of the curries on the website. It asks what level of spice you would like, 1star to 5star, but it doesn't explain what that represents; I have had both 1-star spicy and 5-star spicy at different places. I called to get clarification on it, and they stated that level one star means little to no spice, and 5 stars means very spicy. I recommended that they add that on the website to make it easier for people to understand. The lady seemed very put off that I would suggest anything, but she did say she would tell the manager.I had ordered many items 8. We ordered 4 different curries, pad thai, a sampler appetizer, and Thai Noodle Soup* (Similar to PHO). The different Currys are 3 yellows, 2 had a level 1 spice, and one at a level 4. One Massaman Curry had a level 3 spicy. We were all very excited and hungry, and when we looked at the cost of $150 with tip, we were ready to dig in. IT WAS EXTREMELY BLAND!!! All the food, from the appetizers to the curry to the pad thai! So my father-in-law said Man, this is terrible. We have never had this happen. It usually is excellent. He decided to call the manager to ask if they had changed the ingredients and inform them that whatever changes they had made, made the food bland; he was not asking back any money as we ate the food but just letting them know. The manager was angry at the idea that his food was bland, stated nothing had changed, and asked what we wanted to do. We just told him we wanted to let him know for the future, so if we do order, it might not happen again after all of this. That the food could be like it was in the past.

We've been search for good Thai food near Gig Harbor, tried them all ! Don't be fooled by the hole in the wall look of this place, the food is hands down there best in the area. Great service, food arrived quickly and the portions are huge. The sauces are very very good . Try it!

While it is a small shop, it is definitely geared toward take out. While we have eaten inside several times, it is not your typical restaurant experience.That being said, we highly recommend the food and order from here regularly. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is consistently great. Our favorite by far is the red Thai curry. Be sure to call ahead as weekends can have quite a wait time but we generally have our food ready in about 20 minutes most nights.

The staff was friendly and kind, no complaints there. The inside is small but cozy. My boyfriend and I each got a plate and shared. We weren't fans of the flavor in the Pad Thai, but the Pad Prig Khing was pretty good.

Really good curry! Wish it had more of a variety of vegetables in each kind. We have eaten there twice in the last month and are very happy we discovered them. Tucked away in Purdy they are not on the beaten path but we'll worth the effort to stop in. The Swimming Rama is great also.

This is our local go-to place for Thai carryout. The food is delicious and the service is great. I am addicted to the green curry, my wife to the panang, and our teenage kid gets the pad Thai and satay. It isn't cheap but the cost is typical for decent food. We've never eaten inside. It's fine but not many tables not much atmosphere. Love this place!!
