Unfortunately I'm going to be a stickler here because I paid $7.xx for a 24oz drink. It tastes good-simple. however here's my issue. The nutrition info they're advertising is false. I ordered a lean body that advertised 40g of protein. I asked if I could scan the protein label into my app to track my macros, she was very kind to let me do so and had no problem with it. Come to find out the one scoop of protein she added was only 17g of protein, paired with the oat milk is a total of 20g of protein - half what they advertise to be in the drink. I asked her to add an additional scoop which she was very kind and did. I'm just not into how if I didn't know any better I would be paying for and consuming what I was told would be 40g of protein. Just seems cheap and not truthful.

Great location. Super clean and nice. Met the owner and she was super helpful. The smoothie was super good too!!

Really great employees and smoothies but the manager understaffs the place. Would be a 5 star if they didn’t understaff the place which is a shame because it isn’t fair on the workers

Amazing staff, always friendly and great service, but today, one girl was working and it was PACKED. She was trying her best to keep up...WHO MANAGES THIS PLACE?!!!?PAY PEOPLE BETTER AND YOU CAN HIRE MORE!!!I can only imagine how cheap the owner/manager is (whoever is in charge)Hire more people, what a joke

Drinks were fine, service from redhead girl was horrible. Left drinks on the counter and I did not see them until I looked up while she was washing dishes in the back. I had to yell back there to make sure they were mine. She was probably pissed because I only gave her $1 tip. I usually leave more as I buy from here five times a week. $100 a week in smoothies. But for some reason the two same smoothies I always order that usually come out to a little over $17 for some reason were over $19 this time. I always round up to $20 so she got a dollar. No smile, no thank you, just an entitled brat server. Tacoma Emerald City Smoothie on 6th from now on. Best friendly employees. Greg - 37 years law enforcement
Got a vegan berry blast from here and it tasted like soap. Usually this place is pretty good. But would not recommend after this bowl.
