Was hesitant to try this place again after the previous owners...just terrible! I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, friendly attitude and amazing delicious food!! The teriyaki sauce was so good...we had chicken teriyaki, Kung pao chicken, beef teriyaki, and katsu chicken. All were excellent!!

Lady was suuuuper friendly when I came in. She mentioned it was be management and so far they’ve been crushing it. Food came out pretty quick and tasted really good as well. My new go to spot for the area.

Not a very good menu selection since new ownership and prices went way way higher.
I am so Happy that the new owners understand amazing quality and great customer service.The old owners were extremely rude, food was greasy. The smell was overwhelming of uncleanness prior. Extremely clean and very pleasant now. I ordered the CB16- also known as Fried Chicken Bento Box. I was very much satisfied. The Soup and Hot Green Tea was a beautiful compliment with the meal. So yes I highly recommend Happy at The Bay. I've included a few pictures.

We came in during dinner time. Very clean and neat atmosphere, with very generous portion & high quality food as a teriyaki restaurant.I heard this place is newly getting managed under new ownership and recipesLooks like i found my new go-to teriyaki stop!
Usually good food. New ownership as of January. Teriyaki chicken wasn’t charbroiled or a a little crispy. It was like the chicken was boiled. Totally different sauce. It was watery. Rice and salad were like usual. Just a bit surprised.

Came in for a lunch break and walked right out- I don’t know what they cook there but the overwhelming smell of something rotten and a musty very old building odor just made me turn around and eat a sub sandwich across the street. No more teriyaki for me at this

This has been my go to place for teriyaki for 15 years+. The new owners are rude and unprofessional. The food is expensive and the quality has been hit and miss. I won't be back after my interaction with the staff tonight over an incorrect meal.

I've been coming here for years! The food is amazing, as well as the service. Since moving, this is my go to every time I am in town. Came in today with my dog and they were extremely kind and accommodating. They brought everything out to us and even gave the dog a bowl of water and his own chicken to eat :)
