Recommend for breakfast but not for dinner. Booths are comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. Mid level date place. Nothing special but satisfying.

Never had a diner like restaurant servers open the door for me but they do here if they are near it and you are walking up, interesting not sure if it's policy though.The garlic fries are really good. I can't tell if the fries are made in house but I get the feeling they might be.I've had the Western Burger a few times, they definitely don't skimp on bacon or burger patty.Overall feels like a local community diner.

Enjoyed our meals with efficient and friendly service. Their house-made chips are similar to Tim's, neat to try but I'll stick with my side salad and house-made thousand island... excellent.

Last week, we decided to try the Gig Harbor location of Hops & Drops. Their menu mainly features burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. I Opted for the Classic Chicken Sliders accompanied by a side Caesar Salad, I found the sliders to be just the right size for a satisfying yet light dinner. While the Caesar Salad was fairly standard, it still hit the spot. With a great selection of beers, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. However, considering the menu isn't the healthiest, I may not frequent it as often as I'd like. Nonetheless, I would certainly consider returning for another visit.

I rarely leave reviews, but my husband and I were so impressed by this establishment, I felt it necessary. We were traveling through and have never eaten at a Hops n Drops before, but we were told at our hotel they were a decent pub style restaurant, and genuinely, they are. For a chain restaurant, we were very impressed with the quality of food and drinks- everything we had was delicious. We appreciated they had a variety of options for those with dietary restrictions (gf) and were so helpful suggesting substitutions. More noteworthy, however, was the service we received. Every staff member we encountered, every single one, was polite and genuinely friendly. That being said, our server, Ari, was exceptional, truly. My husband and I were so impressed by her professionalism and people skills. If we are ever back in the area, we will make this a stop due to our interaction with her alone.

Today as we have done many times, we came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and again as we have done before, brought a small cake to share after lunch. The manager came right over after we were seated and said "I see you are celebrating a birthday but you cannot do the cake, no outside food allowed" and then just walked away. Super disappointing and will be our last trip. Service was good but the manager needs to be taught customer service. Unfortunately left a stain on the celebration. We will choose other restaurants. .

Cannot comment of the service or atmosphere as we have only gotten food to go. But the burgers (western) and sandwiches (turkey) we’ve gotten have been good! The garlic fries are so yummy! Maybe some day we will be able to eat inside when we don’t have kids ?Side note: didn’t realize it would be an extra dollar to squirt garlic on my tots. It’s obviously plenty of garlic, I just thought there would be something else to it.

Came in for a quick lunch yesterday, first time in. The food was really good! Cool chill atmosphere. But what made this place for me was my server, she was amazing!! Hands down the best service I've had in a really long time.
