You'll find authentic Mexican food here. I frequented this taco truck before I went full keto, but if ever I will have a cheat day, I will definitely come back here. For now, I am making tacos at home using zero carb tortillas but I couldn't recreate the flavor of Taqueria El Guero.

Really authentic Mexican food. Good balance of spice and flavors. Cotija cheese was really rich and good quality. Overall it was really good except I had to deduct one star for the styrofoam plates. I wish they would charge 10 to 15 cents more and switched to compostable or paper plates. Interestingly, just behind the food truck the state is spending $40M upgrading the roadway mainly to create more salmon habitat.

We spent $33 on two plates and only to find out that both of the plastic take out boxes MELTED INTO THE FOOD. I called and they remade the food on paper plates.We have been going there for over a year. The quality and portion goes down and down. But what happened today is absolutely shocking and intolerable.

So far my favorite around town. I was bummed they where suppose to be open on saterday, took a bunch of family members down and they where closed/truck not there. We where sad because we love their food and was looking forward to it all day! Still give 5 stars cause food and service is great.

Been coming here since we moved to Gig in 2018. Absolutely perfect taco truck food!! All of it. I have zero complaints. And now they have BIRRIA!!!!It's getting crowded lately, but the wait is never unreasonable or very long. The parking lot area isn't the greatest but it's totally manageable.There is an outdoor, covered seating area. Right by the water and we sometimes bring the dogs to nosy about. All in all, a nice little Gig Harbor treasure.
