I was craving sourdough pancakes today, so I drove out of my way to come to the best place for them, the Original Pancake house. Only to be told as we ordered that they were out. I understand it’s a couple day process, but there was no sign at the front (although 3-5 please wait to be seated signs all over), no communication from the host, or anyone until I tried to order them. If I had know I would’ve turned around and not ordered, maybe would’ve gone on and tried the Tacoma location. Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered pancakes and bacon, there was no syrup,butter etc, nothing! The lack of attention to detail deserves a 1 star.Update bumped it up because they did fix it.

The overall experience wasn’t bad. However the food didn’t sit well with our stomach. Daughter, son, wife and I are all not feeling good after eating. We called the restaurants and the GM said the eggs on the menu where it says fresh cracked are cooked to order by request. Instead liquid eggs are used as a substitute instead and no where on the menu does it say liquid eggs are used. This is very misleading so please be aware of this when going. The general manager comped our meals and apologized.Update I am responding back to your comment:After waiting a long time for our server he did not make it aware to us that scrambled eggs were made with liquid eggs and he did not give us an option to choose fresh eggs for the scrambled eggs. Being that this is our first time there you guys should make customers aware that you use liquid eggs unless customers request fresh eggs. Servers should make patrons aware of all menu options if it’s not listed.
