So I would say if this place WASN'T in this medical facility you would definitely not find yourself here. The service is horrible. The barista (blonde with adidas cap today) doesn't even smile or look you in the eyes when she speaks to you. And I'm not some boomer.. it's just regular common sense to have good customer service in the SERVICE industry. People have walked up and she doesn't even greet them. But like I said, since you're stuck probably waiting for someone to finish up with a procedure it's just the only place to go to without leaving the facility. So I give it 2 stars for the convenience. Ambiance is nothing special it's in the lobby of the facility so you don't get much out of that really. Coffee and food were actually good! Food is made to order & the coffee is better than that of Starbucks but that may not be saying much. But I guess in return for bad service the food and coffee made up for it especially since I was up sooooo early to be here!

What a wonderful hidden gem in Gig Harbor! My wife and I had tried several other coffee shops in the area, including a local chain which shall not be named. All of them fell incredibly short on quality. I'm from the D.C. area, where the coffee scene is robust and competitive - I can honestly say this place rivals some of my favorites back home.Uptown Perk is the saving grace this town needed for good coffee. Tucked away inside the MultiCare Gig Harbor medical facility, this little coffee shop is a super unique spot. As you walk through the main entrance lobby, turn right, and Uptown Perk is just down the hall. The iced Americano was excellent and my wife had a Hazelnut Latte - and breakfast was outstanding. If you're looking for something different, and want to find coffee in Gig Harbor that won't disappoint, look no further than Uptown Perk!

I had a Wonderful experience here!!! I actually found this coffee shop while looking here on Google maps? It is tucked away in the hospital but it is 100% worth it. The owner, Kaylan, was awesome to chat with, friendly, and welcoming. I only ordered food, still counts though, but I am going to have to come back and try the coffee. The food was delicious and at an affordable price.Please support the local businesses and the people who make them become what they are, keeping them running day after day.Thank you Kaylan!

The pumpkin pie latte was fantastic! As was the holiday panini sandwich - like a turkey dinner in a sandwich. This is a gem hidden away in a medical center building, but worth finding.

Lisa greeted us with a smile that was noticeable even with a mask. ? She created delicious custom lattes, almond joy. If you're ever in the Gig Harbor area, stop by and fuel up with something tasty!
