“I went to this place for me and my partners anniversary. I have never been and neither had he. The experience was top notch! I came in and the waiter said he was going to change my life and he did just that. I also had a gift card that had a generous balance and I was so impressed with the service and food that I was embarrassed to use it so I paid out of my own pocket. Best tapas in Portland hands down! My partner usually is the one who picks places because I’m bad at it and he was also incredibly impressed with me and my choice to try Urdaneta!”

“The food is suuuuuper great. My boyfriend and I have gone here a couple times after finding it on Yelp and cannot get enough of it. The first time we ordered La galbi, beef bulgogi, and tteokbokki, in which they were all so delicious. Our personal favorite is definitely the beef bulgogi because of the sauces savory flavor. In addition, the service is very good as well. The server is so nice, friendly, and helpful. We plan on coming to eat here again soon!”

“Incredible. I’ve never felt such a profound emotional reaction to something as simply advertised as pizza. It was an out of body experience and I’m assuming it’s this way because it’s somebody’s life work. It’s the only explanation I have. If that’s the case then it’s somehow elaborately deceptive in its facade of simple ingredients because it’s completely engineered to make you feel something so profound it catches you off guard in a world full of distractions.”

“The eating area is shared by other food carts, so it can get a bit tight if you decide to eat there when it's busy. But if you're looking for a big delicious and affordable burrito that's gonna fill you up, this is the place to go.”

I was a bit worried when looking at the neighborhood initially coming from the IKEA direction but the food was great, service friendly and warm, and the decorations inside was pretty cool and felt like a bit of Peru. I even recognize a doll that looked similar to one I purchased from Peru there. I will definitely come back again”

“Came on a Saturday to have brunch with a couple friends. They weren't busy when we arrived (11a.m.), but packed by the time we were leaving.I had the Eggs Benedict. It was delicious, but the braised pork was over seasoned to me, still edible and tasty if you add a bite to the delicious little roasted potatoes.We all shared a side of Yuca fries, and pecan crusted/candied bacon. Both delicious, and the sauce provided for the fries was amazing.The service was also fantastic! Our server was very friendly and attentive.I would reccomend checking this place out. “Freshest ingridient tacos you ever gonna get. The ribeye taco with fried picked onions is that EXTRA that you are looking for haha. Add a shrimp taco for a little surf and turf! “his is the best Thai food in Portland. Short rib and payaya salad combo is literally the best/tastiest deal in town. So many delicious daily specials alongside my standard pad thai order, it doesn't get better than Zaap. Service is amazing and the owner greets you each time you eat. “I stopped in late because my wife was craving Korean food. What a gem of a place this is. The owner took my order and was super kind. We had the Salmon and the chicken. Both totally over delivered. Salmon perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. The Kimchi was spot on. Many more meals we will be having. Totally worth driving down from our place in Arbor Lodge. Makes the neighborhood better. “Gumba, I love you. This is my third time eating here and today I fell in love even more. We started with the burrata and fry bread and damn that was amazing. Then the calamari arrived and damn that was amazing. We shared the tagliatelle with duck confit , pappardelle, and the squid ink and damn they were all so so amazing. Every bit was perfection. No other Italian restaurant compares to Gumba.”
