What an amazing diner/cafe. Super unassuming place but if you ask any local, it's a gem. It's our local for a good reason. The team is wonderful - friendly, always gets the order right, happy to accommodate picky kids and allergies. The food is phenomenal. Hubby gets champions breakfast, kids love the swedish combo and I have never found a bad special there. We love it all.Great atmosphere, great time and great food.

Drove from Seattle to go shopping and came here with my in laws for breakfast. They didn't disappoint worth the 25 minute wait on a Saturday morning . Place packs out. Service was good and fast, along with clean and just the right vibe. Thank you, Kale your service was superb.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids go here and find food they will eat.

I've been to 12th Avenue Cafe several times and it's safe to say it's a place I genuinely like. The food is consistently great, offering a variety of delicious options that keep us coming back for more. Each visit has been a positive experience, with tasty dishes that make any wait worthwhile.Yes, the restaurant is on the smaller side, which means there can be a wait during busy morning hours and especially on Sundays. But trust me, the wait is a small price to pay for the quality and warmth you get in return. The cozy atmosphere adds to the charm of dining here, making each meal feel special.Whether it's the classic breakfast favorites or something a bit different from their menu, everything we've tried has been spot on. The staff does a great job of managing the flow of customers, ensuring that even with a wait, your dining experience feels relaxed and enjoyable. For anyone looking for a great meal in a comfortable, inviting setting, 12th Avenue Cafe is definitely worth checking out. It's the kind of place that proves good things come to those who wait.

Yummy diner. Their specialty is potatoes and I understand why! We got a scrumptious vegetana. Reasonable prices. Ok service. Not a huge fan of the massive TV in the place but that's a personal preference. They had cute decor and lots of plants made it warm and inviting.
