At first I was a bit skeptical, given it is a sushi restaurant in the middle of the suburbs. It is a nice and clean restaurant. I will say when dining in, the experience was better than any other sushi restaurants I have been to. Right when you are seated, they offered complimentary hot towels (to wipe your hands) and miso soups (that are amazingly good). We're big fans of seared salmon nigiri and it is a typically what we order when eating sushi, I can say that they were spot on! Good size pieces of quality fish. With the right amount of sauces. And the presentation was great! The food was pretty quick as well. Their service was friendly. Apart from their dine in experience, I have also ordered a bulgogi and California rolls to go. Still exceeded expectations, and was delicious! 10/10 would highly recommend!

I have dined in and gotten takeout here many times and I've tried a lot of different things on the menu. Their food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is pleasant and attentive.Parking: The parking lot right outside the restaurant always seems busy so it can be difficult to find a space but there is free street parking nearby and also a free parking lot/garage right across the street, next to the movie theater.

Food tastes good but more expensive than the same Aji Sushi dishes in Newcastle. Two of us spent at least $15 more with ordering comparable dishes. The restaurant space is smaller as well. Bad experience with one of the waitresses (taller and chubby one) today. When we asked for some recommendations on anything different or new, she left us with an attitude to greet other customers. No patience at all. Didn't even let us finish ordering. We managed to get the ordering done later. She had no eye contact with us during our entire meal. We did not feel welcomed.
