Costco food court. It's located at Costco and it sells food so they picked the perfect name, although I'm not sure about the court part. It only sells food so if you need anything else you'll need to go inside the store. It's usually chaos here with crowds trying to figure out what window to go to or if they have already called your number or if they have even remembered to call it at all. It really is a wonder that they can't organize things better. Maybe a digital display showing numbers called? I don't expect that the new members only policy will help but I'm still for it. A good cheap meal to be had if you don't mind the chaos.

I have to say that Gwen is an excellent employee. She and the other food court staff dealt with the dinner rush with professionalism and great customer service. In regards to the customers, I feel bad for the staff here. Many customers are impatient and rude towards the employees.

Food court is...just another place to eat....reasonably priced except for the Roast Beed sandwich which the majority of posted reviews on various sites say....not worth it. But, had to try it myself. Never again and I'm not blowing smoke or talking out my arse...awful tasting sandwich and too much bread.

Costco needs to find a more efficient way to run their food court services during busier times. It’s also unsanitary to have the cashier make and prepare your foods because they are handling the register and your food. According to dept of health and safety, gloves should be changed out each time there’s a transaction.I just don’t understand how something as simple as hotdogs, pizza, chicken bake, salad and drinks as the only items on their menu can take up to 30 minutes.

The food is pretty amazing. You really can't get better pizza. However, the customer service is abysmal. I ordered a whole pizza, waited 45 minutes, and finally had to go inside to get a refund. Before asking for the refund, I was told by the food court staff to check back at the top of the hour. It turns out that's when they were doing a shift change. The whole experience was really poor and certainly not the normal Costco experience.

It's always a "surf through crowds" event. Terribly rude customers(who aren't adverse to trampling children), and staff who mill about, gossiping, at best, and actively shoving customers aside. It's not lost on me how one causes the need for the other. It's unpleasant. Today I watched as a staff member berated children sent in with a parent's membership card. I get that that isn't "ok". But to see this member of staff talking to a teenager like he was committing a real criminal offense and demanding he pay for his own costco membership.... Do you want that angry parent coming in and talking to you about your behavior? It was cruel and I wasn't involved, but felt like I needed to shower the muck off my body.Do better. You're a warehouse version of walmart... but for snobs.

Still carries Chicken Caesar Salads, which I thought they'd discontinued after the pandemic! Good food, and cheap.

Cheap and yummy. Miss the onions and kraut.Changing to 1 star. Only one person filling kiosk orders. Hot dog took over 15 minutes last few times. Before 11am.

the waiting time for a batito and a pizza is too bad service

Always an excellent deal minus the feeling your stomach gets after a massive slice of pizza and an icecream. 5 stars all the way

Kiosk orders are filled slowly during busy times. Wait in the counter order line for almost immediate service...I think thus could be fixed. The areas a clusterMaking this a 1 star vs 3 because I read a review from 2 years ago saying this service style hasn't changed ?

It's Costco pizza,of course it's good! I wa suprised that their customer service was as lousy as it was since the corporate office is right across the street-went twice (because everyone has an off day) and they were 2/2 :/

I saw the food court had a new roast beef sandwich. I was surprised it was $9.99 which seemed much more expensive for the food court but I thought I would give it a try. It took about 12 minutes to come. One guy waiting with me said this is the best sandwich I ever had. After I thought about, I remember eating sandwiches at out sandwich shops. The taste and the volume of meat and other ingredients far surpassed the other sandwich shops.
