The burger is fine and the fries were undercooked and soggy. I'm not really sure why you people think it's justified to charge so much for cheap slop food. It's truly disgusting but at the same time it's no suprise a business like this is able to stay open in issaquah since the crones here will pay for anything. Will never be back to another 5 guys, that is a genuine crime to charge that much.

The best fast food burger anywhere (and I'm from California)! Last time I was here, it was a pay-per-topping model. Now it's a fixed fee for the burger and all toppings are no additional charge.However. It's very expensive ($14 for bacon cheeseburger). It's a better deal to just go to Red Robin and get unlimited fries and full service.

I didn’t realize that Five Guys had locations in more states than just Arizona. I now go to the one in Issaquah regularly. I love their homemade tasting burgers that you can customize with at least 30 options for no extra cost. Their fries come from Idaho which is known for its potatoes. I usually order one of their yummy shakes but save it in the freezer til the next day as I have no room to eat it with my meal! I use a cane and without asking they always offer to carry my order to my car which I gladly accept. Love their excellent fast food and their generous customer service.

Totally what you expect from a 5-guys. Lines are generally manageable, the patties juicy and delicious, fries are plentiful, and peanuts are always a reach away. Two small feedback - the Cajun seasoning is consistently too salty, and the buns don’t really hold the filling well (I have them with two patties, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mushrooms, mayo, and a little ketchup). 5-guys: if you’re listening, increase the bun integrity, please!!

$36 for 2 burgers and one fries. Then I take it back to the room 30 minutes away and find out that they gave me the wrong order. I hate this place.

Five Guys burgers are fine, I guess, but their fries are literally the best. Especially the cajun ones. I go there just for fries sometimes.

Server got our order wrong. Asked if we wanted drinks. I said "just water". Edwin C did not hand us any cups. Later I went to grab some cups and another employee gave me attitude about taking one of the cups that are on the counter and very much in reach of the customer. No, I will not go to this location again. I have had better experiences at every other 5 guys.
