Got my birthday sub, and it was the best one I’ve ever gotten. I got all the peppers and it’s really spicy. Huge sandwich. Staff is friendly as well.

I entered jersey mikes and heard the manager (who isn't black) say the n-word. He also said the slur for mecican people. I immeadeatley left and felt scared for anybody of color who works there.

Got a club sandwich here, a week or so ago. Went in little after opening. The bread was dry and hard. Probably baked the day before. I could not finish the darn thing. Yes, I hate to waste food too, but a commercial sandwich shop has no business serving day old food. I'm truly disgusted.

My sandwich was completely wrong.Missing multiple ingredients (lettuce, tomato, mayo) and had cheese when I specifically requested no cheese.

I came here at 7pm on 7/21 the staff was great but they were blasting mariachi music super loud in the restaurant it was super hard to hear anything. My wide and I couldn't even talk. Super weird for a jersey Mike's restaurant.

Coming here is our ritual at the end of every trip when we're coming home to Yakima from the airport! We are never disappointed with the food or service!
This is the slowest jersey mikes around. Wasted a whole lunch break waiting for food. Employees looked like they were moving in slow motion. Bunch of people were waiting for food. A little bit of urgency would be nice cause not everyone can wait 35 minutes for a sandwich. Couldn't just leave cause they had me pay for my meal before they even started making it. Incompetent.

The store is kept pretty clean, and most of the time the staff are nice. My biggest thing is that they constantly ignore online pick-up orders until the moment you get there. They don't seem to communicate with each other and I sometimes have to talk to several of them just to get my order put together.

I really enjoy the sandwiches, they just takes *forever* to make.There are many areas that the staff could be more efficient. I would love to discuss further with management, I have examples.The staff are usually friendly but way stressed and overworked. I consistently see people walk out of the store which further adds to the stress. There need to be at least 3 people working at all times with how inefficient the store is currently run, anything less and everyone suffers.More attention needs to be paid to glove usage, I agree with the comments below about touching register then sandwiches etc.The food itself is great (as long as you don't look at the frozen blobs they throw on the grill) and I keep going back when I have the time to wait. When I went on Monday there were 2 people in line before me and it took me ~25 min to get in and out.

Skimped on the sandwich goods the guy making the sandwiches really skimped on the veggies ended up with soggy bread and very little veggies , probably ovoiding this location next

Today, Saturday, April 16, 1pm went in and asked for 4 -6 inch sandwich and got instead pile of lettuce and a thin slice of turkey on each. Total rip off at $44.00 plus tax. Should have cost $16.00.If i wanted a pile of lettuce between buns than I would say so................I am not a Rabbit. Your rudeness.............is now on record...I will do everything I can to discourage anyone from going to your rip off pig alley. You are the f****** worst.
