Food had great flavor. Typical food truck. Nothing different other than their menu is extensive for a restaurant on wheels.Since we dined in I was a bit irritated to see the first charge on my receipt was 15¢ for the bag they put my burritos in. I could’ve carried them without a bag and the charge. At least they should let customers know of the charge. That’s really my only beef.

Heard good things and wanted to check it out. It's in the parking lot of a gas station and has a few outdoor tables on the lawn. Friday evening, and we were able immediately order and our food came out in about 10 minutes. Everything is served to go. The boxes are compostable but the silverware and bag aren't.Now the food. The kids got the asada fries and enjoyed it. The adults got a mixed taco plate and an asada plate. The cauliflower taco was good and the rest just ok. The asada was tough and hard to manage with tiny plastic silverware. The guac that came with the asada and fries seemed more onion than avocado and the rice was dry. Before tip, our bill was just under 70 for 2 plates, 2 asada fries and one burrito with no add on beverages.

The portions are on the smaller side for the price, the taste of the asada is slightly OK. A lot of grizzle followed with stomach ache! beware of decent

It's true that it's a challenge to find a decent and authentic Mexican food around eastside but Laz's Tacos Truck comes pretty close. Their food is good quality and tasty, service is always friendly and fast. Our family goes there at least once a week.

I use to come here a couple years ago and the meat was perfection(properly tenderized, seasoned/marinated & cooked) the beans/rice have always tasted the same but definitely not authentic. The beans taste like canned unseasoned refried beans & the rice taste like rice a ronis Spanish rice without the veggies. I came here tonight to satisfy a pregnancy craving and I was definitely disappointed. Dry meat, not tenderized and not seasoned/marinated as said before the rice and beans have always tasted the same but the meat was definitely a huge disappointment.

‼️DO NOT EAT HERE ‼️This is the worst “Mexican” food I’ve ever had. I have never been to any taco truck that puts tomatoes and cabbage mix on their tacos. This isn’t authentic. This is obviously catered to a certain demographic and it’s not to fellow Mexicans. The salsa isn’t even spicy the tortillas are not even handmade the beans are from the can UNSEASONED and to top it off my meal was almost $23.00. Absolutely disgusting and flavorless. This would be good for people who prefer BLAND food.

Having moved from a place with amazing Latin American food, Issaquah was a disappointment.... until we found Laz's Tacos! No frills taco truck nestled in Chevron with a little outdoor seating area. The meats are (carnitas and adobado) are just OK, well cooked and tender but not much flavor. Their secret weapon though is the fried cauliflower and Asada fries. Serving sizes are street food size, so you can be decently full with an entree but not stuffed.
