I love Indian food, so I was bummed when I didn't love this place. It was overly salty for my liking. I do appreciate that they have vegan options clearly called out on their menu.

The food was very disappointing. Koftas in Malai kota were hard as rocks. Gobi Manchurian was just full of ketchup. Really disappointing food! The only good item was the mango lassi. We are not going back here again!

This place has a nice vibe with excellent service and amazing food. The ingredients are fresh and the seasonings are perfect. I popped in for a quick appetizer but I wish I could take my time and savor the food. I will definitely return.Vegetarian options: I highly recommend the lentil soup , garlic naan and veggie pakora and the Chai Tea. Super delicious and flavorful.

Delicious food, wow! Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Butter Chicken was amazing. Service was great, they were nice and greeted yes with seconds of entering.

One of the best Indian restaurants around the Greater Seattle area. Hardly any item on the menu is disappointing. We have tried chicken bhuna, saag paneer, bhindi masala and naan. Chicken bhuna and saag paneer were amazing. Bhindi was just average. The good thing is that their quantity is pretty filling for the price. And the best thing is their chai is good and they refill it unlimited times without asking for extra money. This restaurant deserves more attention than it gets right now. May be its distance from Seattle plays a part in its low footfall. It’s a bit pricey but i don’t mind paying as the quality is great.

Only Indian buffet in the area. All you can eat for decent price ($20).... can't beat the portion! But flavors are pretty mediocre... salty but not much depth. There was a lamb curry when we went but the paneer dish had only small pieces of paneer.

A Taste of India: Maharaja Cuisine Delights in IssaquahNestled in Issaquah, Washington, Maharaja Cuisine of India offers a culinary journey to the vibrant flavors of India. While the ambience may be a bit on the simpler side, the real star of the show here is the food itself.Upon stepping into Maharaja Cuisine, you'll find a clean and welcoming environment, albeit with minimal decor. However, what the restaurant lacks in embellishment, it more than makes up for in its flavorful offerings. From the moment you take your first bite, you're transported to the streets of India, where spices and aromas tantalize the senses. The chicken dishes are a standout, boasting tender and moist meat that practically melts in your mouth. The appetizers are equally impressive, offering a tantalizing preview of the culinary delights to come. One highlight of our meal was the perfectly cooked rice, which served as the ideal accompaniment to the flavorful curries and dishes. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, expertly crafted to delight the palate. While the ambience may be understated, the service at Maharaja Cuisine is attentive and friendly, ensuring that your dining experience is a pleasant one from start to finish.Overall, Maharaja Cuisine of India offers a delicious culinary experience that is sure to satisfy any craving for authentic Indian cuisine. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maharaja Cuisine of India, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in the warm and inviting ambiance that set the stage for a regal culinary journey. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also eager to guide us through the diverse offerings. The menu itself is a testament to the rich and varied tapestry of Indian cuisine, featuring an extensive array of dishes from different regions. We started our meal with the samosas, and the flaky crust combined with the perfectly spiced potato filling set the tone for what was to come. The Tandoori Platter was a showstopper - succulent kebabs and grilled meats bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The main courses were a symphony of tastes and textures. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and creamy, while the Lamb Rogan Josh transported us to the culinary heart of Northern India with its aromatic spices. The vegetarian options were equally impressive; the Paneer Butter Masala was a velvety delight. What truly stood out at Maharaja was the attention to detail in every dish. Each bite was a harmonious blend of spices, and the chef's commitment to authenticity shone through. The naan bread was the ideal accompaniment, fresh and pillowy. To cap off our meal, we indulged in the Gulab Jamun and Mango Lassi. The desserts were a sweet conclusion to a feast fit for royalty.Maharaja Cuisine of India offers not just a meal but a culinary expedition through the diverse and exquisite flavors of Indian cuisine. The combination of attentive service, an opulent atmosphere, and, most importantly, outstanding food makes this restaurant a gem for any lover of Indian cuisine.
