Rude, extremely poor customer service from lead/mgr.NO ONE was coming to the counter, waited 9 min and then asked a young man so a person could pay for her food.Was yelled at by an employee who was getting nuggets. We are short staffed and you have to use the kiosk or drive thru.I replied this person does not drive and the kiosk slip said pay at counter.The staff continued to ignore us.This person was a special needs, and only had cash.A stranger paid for this young lady's food, at the kiosk.Elderly woman was treated even more poorly, by being told they are accepting any payments at the register.This was after she stood for 10 min trying to get serviceStaff was 3 in the kitchen 2 pulling drive thru orders and a drive thru window person.This is a filthy, poorly ran establishmentDrive a little further and recieve better service!

The staff shows attitude for no reason

The lady on the counter who goes by the name “Erica” was so rude that she messed up the order. I had to reorder my smoothie again, when I went up to her to exchange the sauce that I selected she refused it and said I need to pay extra. She then summoned her colleague and started yelling something in Spanish. I found it very rude and derogatory.

The app is a priority. You can use the touch screen near the door or wait for one of the staff to come to the register. I didn't like the app, it kept crashing. Order at the touch screen is easy enough but longer than the original cashier, about the same time as using drive-through. I prefer to sit when I eat the dining room chairs are too low to ground. There's stools that sit high enough but fixed to the floor because there's no room around the small tables and chairs. Good for children, there's a plastic playground with shoe cubbies. The staff is great and works quickly! Despite the new features slowing down the orders, there's plenty of loyal customers. I go for the steak egg and cheese bagel. Like all fast food, the portions have gotten smaller, just a good way to start the day when looking for convenience.Parking: There are several spots on the right. The left is all handicap or curbside delivery.

Very dirty tables, playground area.The service leaves much to be desired….. I asked to clean the mess under our table the manager but with no result. Found myself a cleaning person, pointed to what needs to be clean and she disappeared…10 minutes passed and still nothing was cleaned.Cmon people, do you really like to have this kind of attitude to your job and like to be in dirt?!Ridiculous……
