I've eaten here multiple times and the food is usually very tasty. Last night I ordered tje Pad Thai and it was on the dry side. Not a show stopper, I'll try another dish next time.

Very long wait time to get the order for the customer. I am waiting 15 minutes already but they promised up to 10 minutes. Classic American over promise and under deliver.

Great casual thai spot. Feels very authentic. Plenty of vegan options. Kind staff.Update: just went here again recently and blown away by how amazing the curry is!! Would recommend this spot to anyone. They’re super fast with orders too!

The guy on the front is extremely rude to delivery drivery drivers and make us wait for hours at the counterI asked him five time how long its going to take but he never answered, we just get paid 5 dollars to deliver your order and if you make us wait for 30 minutes its like 10 $ an hour and fuel cost and car payment as well , you will never last a day doing delivery waiting like this at storesPlease respect others time as well

The food was fantastic. The service and people were so kind and caring. The seating was great as well as the inside area. I believe that they should have more customers. The day before, we went to a hotpot place, it was ok, but know that we tried this restaurant we want to come here more. Ten times better than any restaurant, especially a hotpot place. We loved this restaurant and will come more, very nice!

Probably one of the best, yet cheapest and big portion sized thai food in the washington area. The service was good, and the food was delicious. Perfect for some casual dining and if you want a full meal. Pad see ew was $15!

Lousy experience... Called in an order on Sunday night around 8:10 for just Pad Thai, was told 15-20 minutes. Showed up at 8:25, paid my $16 bill and proceeded to wait and wait. During that wait, more people showed up with to-go orders and were put in the same position as me (waiting). During the 25 minutes I waited the host did nothing but make smoothies...for who, I don't know, no one waiting got their order. Finally after 25 minutes I had enough (kid and dog waiting in the car) and asked for a refund. The host got one of the ladies from the kitchen to process my refund and I left quite unhappy. 45 minutes of wasted time. Look I understand they were busy and I understand these things happen...but Noodle Boat, communicate to your customers...let them know what's happening, tell them an accurate estimate when they place the order, offer up a revised estimate along the way...do something...don't just leave an ever growing pack of people just inside your entrance wondering what the hell is going on. Lots of Thai restaurants in Issaquah...I like that you are open an hour after the others, but you've got to be better than this... Gave 2 stars because although this time was a major fail, you've been solid in the past

We have been here before and service was good, food was very good. Today, we'll let's just day that it made us not want to return. Not only did they take way too long to come and take our order, but when we received spring roolls they were cold and soggy on the inside. Then the Tom Yum that I ordered for my son, which I specifically asked for NO SPICE AT ALL. arrived with spice so I let them know and she took it back and returned with a new one, or so we thought. Literally flavorless!!! I can honestly say that it tasted as if the soup was dumped and rinsed in water then reheated and just served it to us!! It was literally meat and water no flavor at all. You can see the discoloration of the meat and tasted just horrible. Not sure what happened today but we for sure think twice before returning. Again nice server but horrible, food.

Arrived 4:30 pm to avoid crowds, the restaurant only has another table with two customers. They were served after 5 mins. I have ordered only one noodle dish and nobody else surround me are waiting except delivery. Till 5:10 pm the only one dish didn't even served and keep telling me the kitchen is making it. I just got very irritated after few times. I have decided to cancel and walk away first time in my life. Very bad experience.

Friendly staff, fast service. Red curry was excellent - rich, good flavor.

Great experience all around. Service was on point - Ben and Yotien (spelling?) were quick and caring. Food came out fast. The papaya salad was fresh and crisp, with a generous amount of shrimp. The Tom Kah had plenty of juicy mushrooms and protein, and it tasted authentic and delicate. The chicken satay was grilled nicely, moist, and paired with a creamy peanut dressing. Purple rice mango dessert was well balanced. They even made us a special dish - Thai basil rice (Thai style) which took me right back to Bangkok. We were impressed with the night and ended up ordering additional takeout for lunch the next day. Will be back to try the recommended noodle boat. Thanks for the wonderful night!
