Local grocery store; very well stocked. We could use some more customer service people though. Easy to find location and plenty of parking spots.

Went to pick up groceries I had ordered online. After my 1.5 hour commute and waiting for 15 minutes to get said order with an additional 5 for guy asking for my pick up code(1st time out of 300 I have even been asked this), I was in a hurry to get home. Once I opened my trunk there were only a few bags with some heavy items-definitely not $200 worth of groceries. As my husband and I began to unload, he complained I did not get him crackers or the french bread for tonight's dinner. At that point, I decided to look at my receipt and compare what I had. I was missing 13 items (80$ worth). I called safeway hoping they would find the missing bags. They informed me they were not there and that they could not help me. They told me to call online customer service and provided no number. After searching for it, I called and was refunded. I did not want to have to get a refund, I wanted the groceries I spent 30 minutes ordering. Now we have nothing for dinner and I wasted another hour of my evening. Last time shopping here!

Why are the bathrooms locked up? Start treating us like human beings, please. We already pay out the nose, bag our own groceries, pay for bags...

I bought a pound of sweet and sour chicken, there were nice and big chunks that the deli person picked. I said to myself I am going to be nice and full today!! :). Well when I got back to work, I open the box and pull one out, and it was all breaded with no chicken in to. Half the box were all breaded. I sent my hard earned money on this crap I am so uupset, and I will not come back..

I've tried Safeway grocery delivery in Issaquah WA at least five times now and they have NEVER gotten it right! they don't deliver items in the order and I have to call to get them delivered the next day. They substitute without my consent - dumb things like regular Dr Pepper instead of diet. Rude delivery man. No phone customer support after 6pm even though my delivery is for 8pm. it's a mess every time. Ive got to give up.

This Safeway always has better deals than the one up the road. That being said in the parking lot on the Starbucks side of Safeway at any given time, but especially after dark there is always two to three people shooting up in plain site in their vehicles or passed out on drugs. It's really gross. This is one of the better Starbucks locations in town but I avoid this shopping center because it feels unsafe

Very happy with the staff and the store location. Been coming here for years and will keep coming. The only reason I dont give a 5 star was because the public restroom was in very bad condition. Looked like it had been forgotten about for days.

Their pharmacy gives out conflicting information. Their dial-in number says they do walk in vaccinations. Speaking with the pharmacist they say you have to schedule online. When walking in they say they have appointments available, but online doesn't show any availability. It would be nice if they would follow the procedures established by their own company.When I asked to speak with a manager, the checker (front end) huffed, called for a manger, then huffed again and walked off. No manger ever showed up. It was the most bizarre encounter with Safeway staff I have had. The store itself looks great and seems to be well stocked, I'm just not sure what is going on with the employees.

I like shopping at this Safeway. There is a Jamba Juice located inside this store tooCheckers are pretty helpful and professional Big fruit and veggies section. Also a pharmacy. I also like their baked goods. They practice Covid-19 protocols too.

Always nice and helpful. Dont look for italian ice though, they don't carry it.
