Our local Starbucks in Safeway. It's nice, customer service is good. The furniture inside though is very utilitarian, lacks the comfort of most Starbucks. It's not as inviting.Parking is easy and easy to locate.

Bought coffee and tea both grandes for road trip back to Oregon. Both cups collapsed and leaked all over my car a couple of hours into the drive. Neither drink was double cupped. Are starbucks cups being made of cheaper material or are they trying to save money by only using single cups? This has never happened before in years of getting Starbucks coffee and tea for long road trips all over the country.

I order from here often and i usually order the same drinks everyday and yesterday, my drinks were half full. When my brother handed it to me, the cup felt light and when I opened it was half full. Today I went to the starbucks in the Meadows, ordered the same drinks and my cup felt much heavier and I opened and it was filled almost to the top. I won't be ordering from this starbucks anymore.

Order 5 items and was missing cream cheese for my son bagel, walked back to the store and was told they didn't have any. Online tool should have stated the fact, service at this location has gone down recently.

Dehumanizing and Rude Staff:I placed an online order at 5 AM this morning but when I arrived this morning, there was a sign hung up stating that they won't open until 5:30 today. I completely understand that they couldn't fulfill my order, but I wanted to ensure that they could refund me as I wouldn't be able to wait for 5:30 to roll around.I stood there knocking on the window trying to get their attention for 5 minutes as the two employees continued to ignore me. I couldn't wait any longer, so I left. I then called the store to try to get my refund and the woman that answered proceeded to speak over me, not listening to my request whatsoever. She continued to tell me to go pick up my order from another store, not hearing that I was asking her to refund my order as soon as she was able. She finally listened to what I was saying and agreed to refund my order at 5:30 as soon as the store opened. 5:50 rolled around and I had not received my refund. I called customer service and was able to get my refund back after waiting on hold. I understand that some people would be mad that the app allowed them to place the order that the store wouldn't fulfill, but I just hoped to have a normal conversation about getting my money back. It's dehumanizing to knock politely, then eventually urgently, and then be spoken over condescendingly like I'm a child. The woman I spoke with forced me to raise my voice and escalate the situation by refusing to have a normal conversation at any point. If you proactively treat everyone like they're being an angry customer, they're going to eventually act like an angry customer.

Overall wonderful experience. Baristas are incredibly kind and quick to make orders. I stopped by today, 4/26 around 2PM, and the female barista making my drink made the best brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso I have ever had. Thanks a million!

My teaching team took to a walking meeting and found ourselves here at the Starbucks connected to Safeway in Issaquah. A super busy spot of course with its own parking area on the side of the store. As far as Starbucks go this was good. Large and clean with plenty of seating. Friendly staff and fast service. I tried the pink drink today and it was yummy. Coconut milk and strawberry chips with the right amount of sweetness. I ordered on the app while in the store and my drink was last to come out. No worries. We had a nice meeting and everyone enjoyed their drinks. Good location if you are also shopping. The case was really stocked with loads of food choices too at this location. Enjoy and stay caffeinated Yelpers.

Updated Review: The location changed after the pandemic and I feel it's better to represent the times than to hold onto a review in the past. Previous team really did not capture what a typical Starbucks looked like. Orders were wrong most times and I was compelled to write the previous review due to how often it was happening for me. I can happily say the current team at Issaquah has been one of the nicer, good willed employees through the last few years and they have made my order right almost every time. They have gone above and beyond, struck up conversations with me and had a smile on their face, despite the lines and the chaos. Mobile orders however are still slow from time, but it's well within typical range depending on time of day. I'd recommend coming to this location above the others in Issaquah.2 years prior to new review: Hit a miss store. Got my orders wrong half the time I am there. I think I'll avoid this place. I am lactose intolerant and cannot have dairy. The label says my order correctly most times. I took it to go, got home and took a sip to find out it's cows milk. Label says almond. Really disappointed with the baristas here. I had bought my friend a drink and she liked it warmed . End up finding out it's pipping hot and burnt herself. Person at the counter didn't put warm down on the label but 140 degrees for some awful reason. My other friend works at Starbucks so I know the stress from a job like this. But please for the sake of your customers, please check your labels!

Coffee is typical Starbucks, staff is very nice :) there is outside seating. Ambiance is nothing special.Oh and there is a place to park your bike
