I came early Saturday around 7 AM. The lady that was working is one of the best barista I have seen. She prepared my drink 180 degrees and made sure not to add so much foam. 99% of time when I go to others half is foam and half is milk. My pumpkin spice latte was delicious and I was able to drive and enjoy it until my work place because it was extra hot. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Beverages and Food are made perfect 98% of the time and they are usually willing to fix mistakes, on top of that they are usually very fast! Wednesday mornings around 930 are busy.After school 230-3pm is very busy as well.Love this location.

Miserable Starbucks experience Sunday afternoon. Barista took time chatting with the QFC employee and kept checking the rain while making drinks while we just stood there. By the time she was ready to take out order, 3 more parties had lined up. Ordered 4 drinks— wasn’t writing them down. Had to repeat. Had to redo payment second time. 2 of our 4 drinks came out wrong including a cold drink in a hot cup. The latte I had was watery.

the lack of common sense customer service speed baffles me here. Very inefficient location. My past 2 (and will be my last) visits had the same issue. Today I was waiting for 10 min in hopes of placing an order. There was only one woman ahead of me at the register but she was asking a thousand questions about placing an order in the future for a wedding party!?!?!? There were at least four other employees standing around not doing anything. Why couldn't anyone else take orders? Would it have been crazy for another person to open up a second register and take orders for actual drinks for people who want them now, not on another day? The questions were endless from the woman at the register and involved asking two other employees in the store. I got so frustrated after 10 minutes I just left. Who knows how much longer I would've had to wait. My first visit I was waiting forever for my drink as well. The barista had made the drink and just set it on the counter next to her. Instead of putting it where finished drinks are supposed to be picked up. It wasn't until I brought that to her attention that she brought to drink to me after it been sitting on the counter for five minutes! I am baffled by how incompetent the customer service and common sense are at this location.
