What a wonderful experience! They gave me the free sauce! I know there’s a bunch of teriyaki joints here in the PNW, but why not just go here? Good food dudes!

The best teriyaki in town. We drive from bellevue for both the teriyaki and the amazing garlic sauce that you can buy by the bottle. We use the sauce for when we do shabu shabu and nabe at home and cant get enough.

Used to come here a lot years and years ago and it is just as good as I remembered. They are true to their slogan, they didn’t invent teriyaki but they have perfected it. My expectations for tofu teriyaki were low but Teriyaki Bistro did something incredible with it. My partner got the spicy garlic chicken and was equally impressed. Portions are generous, we made two meals of it, and they provide extra sauce without asking. Service was quick and friendly. Reasonably priced.

I was hungry, and nothing was looking good in the area until I saw Teriyaki Bistro. I ordered the chicken and beef combo with brown rice. I waited under 10 minutes to get my food. The chicken was lean, and beef was perfect, nice brown, and glazed with the right amount of pink inside. They have their own garlic sauce, and it is seriously delicious. I got brown rice instead of white rice, and that was even moist. A majority of the time, when I order brown rice it's too dry. Teriyaki Bistro made a great teriyaki chicken and beef combo. It was honestly the best I've had in a long time. I wish there was a Teriyaki Bistro closer to my house.

We live on the other side of the state. When we visit our daughter, we always try to get our favorite Crispy chicken and extra bottles of the garlic sauce to bring home!!! Portions are HUGE, we need to learn to share.

For a fast food joint the kitchen staff move slower than the molasses in January. Looks like they need to start having recovery meetings in the dining area, but even then I doubt anyone would come. This place was dead and the service pathetic and the owner rude. The food tasted terrible it was flavorless and dry

We had the teriyaki chicken and the crispy chicken. We couldn't eat either one, tasted like it was old, thought maybe it was the sauce. Took it home and tried to fix it into another meal, but ended up throwing it out. Also, avoid the water dispenser, Way too much chlorine in it. Also the most expensive teriyaki we've ever had. Go knowing they also have NO vegetable dishes.

After many years of shopping at Fred Meyer and walking by this place I finally decided go drop in today and boy, am I glad I did. I brought home an order of the BEST Chicken Teriyaki my wife and I have ever tasted. We split an order for lunch and there is still a bit left. I'm talking over the top wonderful! The chicken was tender and moist cooked perfectly! The rice was flavoraful and moist! Even the small salad was over the top exceptional! I met the owner and we chatted. Learned we are from the same neck of the woods in ( gulp) California. This is NOT your typical teriyaki place and we WILL Abe back! Do,yourself a favor and give them a try!!

So, I was in Home Depot in Issaquah yesterday, wanted take-out, and was deciding between Panda Express and Teriyaki Bistro. I went for the Teriyaki. Unfortunately, at nearly $20 including tip for the basic chicken that was possibly the most expensive Teriyaki takeout I've known locally. When I got to open the box it was pretty rancid. The Chicken was bland, and watery. The salad was stale and brown. The rice was overcooked and soggy. And the salad sauce was the consistency of dry wall repair paste. These guys are usually mediocre at best, but this was terrible.Next time it will be Panda Express.
