I came last week and ordered a bento box.they no longer sell sushi so they replaced it with tempura as the eggrollsthey offer SUCK. SO TODAY WE GO BACK TO ORDER AGAIN AND ALLof a sudden. They cannot replace the items they no longer have with good tasting items. Instead u just pay bento box price and don't get the bento box product. And the customer service over the phone was a young girl who clearly doesn't know they can change it wouldn't even ASK. LIKE SHE HADTHE ANSWERS AND IT WAS NO THEY CANT CHANGE. SO I PULL MY RECIEPT FROM LASTWEEK AND SHOW IT WAS CHANGED AND STILL NOTHIJG. SO IF U Want actual customer service because THEY never have the product displayed. Go elsewhere

EXTREMELY low quality beef used in their beef teriyaki. Too much sauce, they know they're covering up very bad meat. Service was poor, at first the cashier didn't even understand what I meant by "can I order my beef spicy?" Because it is not on the menu. She eventually figured it out. Not sure if it was her first day on the job or something.$18 for a miniscule plate of oversauced, chewy beef and two heaping scoops of white rice.Absolutely avoid this place

I wonder if they change the cook recently? It was definitely decent quality before but the food we had today was really well done- meat quality was great, katsu thickness was pretty decent for non- katsu specialty place. Teriyaki meat was moist, hearty and lean ( I ordered regular which is done with dark meat so I was pleasantly surprised). The Korean style chicken was good as well- like 90s home made style that has a slight Korean curry powder smell that my mom used to make me :)Kimchi fried rice is my favorite- if you like kimchi fried rice or kimchi itself, I highly recommend it. I normally ask for extra kimchi, and they so kindly accommodate my request. ( thank you, yoko teriyaki!)Overall, everything we got from yoko was great and I will certainly order again.

We love the idea of this place, but they use SO MUCH white pepper in their fried rice it's almost inedible. We noticed it the first time and we're hoping it was a fluke, but ordered a second time and just as much was added.

I have had this twice now and both times the food was great. First time I drove to the restaurant and took it home. Second time I ordered with Grubhub. I ordered beef broccoli and Gary's special.

The teriyaki that I ordered was horrible and the mongolian beef I got as well was okay but tasting everything else overall wasn’t

Honestly it's just been slowly getting less and less tasty. Previously went dine in like we have for years and they don't have Siracha Sauce for guests anymore.

Easy to order and food came fast and without issues. Good portions and was soooo bomb. Maybe skip the crab rangoons but solid choice on the fly.

LOVE the food, HATE the price. $20 for one order of pork fried rice?! That is absolutely ridiculous!!

Placed a to go order. Great customer service, the lobby smells really bad made me nervous about the food BUT great chicken best teriyaki with fried rice. Salad was old lettuce.Wish they didn't make minimum delivery order $45 (through uber) really inconvenient.

absolutely loveee this place. their teriyaki sauce tastes amazing, it tastes more homemade and authentic, not like any other pre made teriyaki sauce you'd get. it tastes like it was made with love and care. their prices are also just right. my go to teriyaki place. their sushi is also amazing, and their side salads are so good. I've been trying out all the teriyaki places near me lately, this is definitely my favorite. I really reccomend you come here, I've bought from here so many times and have never had a single problem.

You get a nice selection of great tasting options and even those we are still in the new normal, they have maintained excellent pricing for their meals and quality! What a great value. Their beef and chicken are excellent, but the superstar for my family is their fried rise. My only knock would be that for take outs, they should start looking at more sustainable/recyclable containers as they still use the old styrofoam containers. If the type of container is the only thing I have to point out, they are doing some good things! I highly recommend.
