It took several minutes before anyone came to the counter to take our order. Workers manning the grill had to let us know she'd be right with us. The few onion rings I got seemed overcooked but the shake was good. The red bull my roommate got was a lot smaller than he expected. By the way the sign looked I thought it was going to come in a cup not a mini can. He needed to use the bathroom & I wanted ice cream. Jack was the compromise. Stopped here while headed to Seattle on I5. Wanted to eat in. Arrived about noon. Door was locked, but people working inside. No sign that it was drive through only. They did let a guy in, but when I went back they waved me away. About a third of the items were not available on the drive through menu.If you are closed to dining in put a big sign on the door so people don't have to get out of their car to find out. At least 5 other people tried to get after I did. How hard can it be!

The food was garbage mostly burnt cold and very old. I worked there for 7 years and I have never seen such horrible quality. There has to be nothing but drug abusers working out of there. DO NOT GO HERE.

Amazing service. I don't want to get anyone in trouble so I'll just say what happened not who. I came through the drive thru close to closing time awhile back and they were only accepting cash at the moment and I didn't have a card on me so I was going to have to pass. Well the lady said go ahead and come through and I'll give you some fries at least since we can't accept your payment. Well we get to the window and they have us our whole order and extra fries. I was in tears there is not that many nice people left in this world today and I wish there was more people like that. Thing she didn't know is that was the last of my money that I was spending already and I didn't know when I'd have anymore money to eat again cuz I just lost my job. Probably shouldn't of been spending it on Jack in the box but I was no where near home and my daughter was starving so I'm very grateful for people like that. And I hope no one gets in trouble.

slowest place i've ever been. nobody here, still make you drive through and park so they dont get in trouble on their time. so their boss dont know they are messing around not doing their jobs.
Jan 2 went for lunch, okay they are out of my first 2 choices of hamburgers? Okay give me a regular burger, fries? They are out of regular fries. Okay I dont care for seasoned fries but if thats all you got let me have them. Out of Coke, Root Beer and Dr Pepper, and most everything else but we do have Coke Zero. So $12 lunch was a burger 3rd choice, eating it with fries I dont like and a drink I dont care for. However the folks were very nice and the service was fast. Sorry though, I likely wont be back.

Can I rate negative stars? This was the worst fast food experience ive ever had, and thats saying a lot because... fast food. Sticky floors, soda machine was out of everything, food was disgusting, cold/ undercooked and took 30 minutes. When asked why the wait... was told because we're busy. There were 3 people in the lobby and 2 whole cars in the drive through. Worker taking our order was new, but had no idea what she was doing and recieved no help. This place was depressing.

Went their around 8am and said it's open at 6am, had about 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru, and 15 min past and cars started to leave, got to us in the line,no one answered at drive thru order window was waiting for 5 minutes said hello and no response, no one answered saw cars parked in front and no one in them, just decided to drive forward and no one at the window moved passed it saw two workings gossiping by the office on their phone not a care in the world..
