“My family of four is from winlock and wanted to travel on a Saturday for breakfast and found this little family restaurant in Longview. We get there and was told it was going to be a 15 min wait and was sat down in a little over 5, which is good. Server crystal was awesome. She was attentive to everything we needed and our meal total was 62 bucks. We got 2 french press coffees (5⭐), eggs Benedict meal(4/5⭐), sausage breakfast sandwich(4/5⭐), chicken fried steak and eggs (3.5/5⭐), two french toast on the side(5/5⭐). We stayed for about 45-50 mins total. We tipped 20 bucks, we will be returning.“

“First time here and both of us were delighted with the experience. Love local breweries. The service was friendly, informative, helpful, and inviting. My husband loves IPAs, I love pretty much anything but IPAs . We were both happy with the beers. I had a taster flight like I typically do the first visit to a new brewery. Every single beer I tried was extremely well thought out and presented unique flavors that worked really well together. The brew master came by to check on us after we had tasted the beers. We both really enjoyed the jalapeño beer. He explained where he picked the peppers and how he used them in the brew process. I love love love when the people that create are also out on the floor talking to guests. Thank you so much.We had the spicy Italian flatbread. It was good and went well with the beer . The drizzle of honey on the spicy pizza was a winner.We will definitely be back soon.“

“Best sushi I've ever had! I've ordered take out here a few times and it's always been extremely fresh and absolutely delicious. The prices can look a bit high but honestly you get a lot of food, it's totally worth it. I also can't eat spicy mayo due to an allergy and they were very accommodating with always putting it on the side. My favorite place in town!“

“I had the california club, and it was good. The ingredients could have been put together better to accommodate the size of the bread. I also had the clam chowder, and it was good. We did take home some clam chowder and dessert. We chose the éclairs and they were delicious.“

“I had the pleasure of working with the Triangles new Catering team for the annual charity Bands, Brews, and Bites in Longview Washington. The team was extremely help we had an almost impossible turn over time of an hour, to set up 2 bars and a stage. Their team got there and got right to work JJ and Brian were on top of everything. They created craft cocktails named after and inspired by the bands that were playing. Which the bands absolutely loved, and so did everyone in attendance. Almost, think the cocktails were a little too good because now I'm sitting on 2 donated kegs.I could not be more happy with the service they provided, and I think anyone looking to craft up an event and make it special would be insane to go with anyone else.“
